Location, Room was nice, Roof terrace was lovely for breakfast, lots of choice for breakfast which again was excellent, Very clean and tidy, Lara was a great host, thank you.

So much to write here but will try to summarise. The host Lara was extremely helpful and accommodating. Gave tips of places to go, helped with transfer advice from airport, adjusted our check in after our flight got delayed and arranged special welcome for my wife for her birthday. The apartment was perfect, huge comfortable room with the hot tub bonus. Lots of nice touches. Breakfast was one of the best we've had and we've stayed in a lot of places. So many options and service was impeccable. Location was excellent, in a quieter part of venice but still had ice cream, restaurants etc on the doorstep. Highly recommend this place if you are coming to Venice!

“An exceptional stay — this hotel is truly a hidden gem!”

The location is perfect: the hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of many major attractions, and it is literally right next to the Ca’ Rezzonico vaporetto stop on Line 1, making it incredibly easy to get around Venice. The hotel itself is charming, with spacious and very comfortable rooms. The beds are excellent — we slept incredibly well every night! Everything was spotless, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and served with great kindness every morning. The service was flawless from start to finish, with thoughtful little touches and gifts that made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Lara, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay: always available, full of great advice, and with fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We really recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again!

A wonderful stay at a wonderful property. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Every detail has been carefully thought about and implemented with great care. Lara is an exceptional host with high standards and this shines through. Would highly recommend.

This was the best place I ever stayed. Everything was amazing. The room was great, with all necessary equipment available. Walking distance from the bus station and a great host! Breakfast is delicious with a table on the terrace in the sun for a great start of the day!

The rooms are truly splendid and are located in a safe and off-the-beaten-track location within walking distance to all the places of interest. The host was exceptional. Lara helped book a water taxi from the airport to just outside the accommodation, and advised us on the best places to visit. Casin dei Nobili is the perfect place from which to explore and enjoy beautiful Venice.

“Beautiful accommodation in a lovely part of the city”

The hotel was beautiful, historic and charming building, very cute. Perfect location in the Dorsodouro region. It was quick to walk to all other areas of the city. The area the hotel is in is perfect as it is a bit quieter than more central areas, but still close enough to be able to access all the sights. The room itself was fantastic - very comfortable bed, and the spa bath was a real treat with views of the canal. We ate in the Casin dei Nobili restaurant once during our stay and the food was fantastic and reasonably priced - with a lovely friendly ambience. Staff at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, giving recommendations of local places to visit and where to eat. Lara was available for any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely return here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect about the stay. Couldn’t fault it. Staff were helpful, responsive and friendly, the breakfast was great and the room was exactly what you’d want for a couple needing to relax and be comfortable :) it had everything we needed to enjoy Venice ! Perfect location too!

What can I say the room was fantastic - a really sympathetic renovation with a modern feel. High ceilings with wooden beams, wooden flooring, classic wooden shutters. A modern bathroom with whirlpool bath along with A/C unit. Massive bed, smart TV, mini bar, loads of hangers for clothes and loads of little touches to numerous to list. Lots of info from Lara about where to go and what to do as well. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of options. To call this a bed and breakfast does not do it justice. Convenient for everything you might want to do in Venice - water bus stop 3 min walk (No1 route and also an airport stop, Ca’ Rezzonico) - 15 min walk to Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square, St Marks Basillica and Doges Palace. - 20 min walk from train station ( although I wouldn’t recommend it if you have large cases!!) - Surrounded by loads of restaurants ( although don’t miss the property’s restaurant!!!)

It was so well presented in a wonderful position, overlooking a canal. The host Lara was the most helpful and attentive person. The breakfast quality was good varied and plentiful. It was very peaceful. Couldn’t fault it.

Lara and her staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them they treated us so well. Location was excellent, away from the major tourist area but only a short walk when you want to go there.

“A pied a terre in busy Venice”

Quietly located in Venice, B&B with three rooms and a jacuzzi on the second floor. There's a common area with a table, kitchen, and terrace adjacent to the three rooms. Everything is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Breakfast is served on the terrace of the restaurant on the ground floor. Every morning each guest gets a personal scroll with a spell, a nice gift before setting off. The breakfast is extensive and varied. The hostess answers all your questions and provides tips for your excursions. A very pleasant experience. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect accommodation in a great location with wonderful staff. It felt more like an a very small exclusive boutique hotel than a bed and breakfast. We would not hesitate to recommend any of our friends to stay here.
