The hotel is renovated and the furniture is totally new. The bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma where there is ATVO station for buses from the aeroport.

Very well equipped rooms. Lovely view out of room. Really enjoyed walking to the local square for dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avani during the Venice Carnival. The buffet breakfast spread was generous, and we enjoyed selecting and making our own fruit/vegetable juice daily! We chose the location because of its proximity to the parking garages (7-8 minute walk), but the location is further from St Mark's square (20 mins walk) and the rest of the city..

The location was good as it was only over a couple of bridges away from the Bus Station so we used the help of a luggage carrier outside the train station to get us there. Nice and modern with very comfy bed but would have preferred a walk in shower rather than over the bath. Good facilities and great breakfast - staff were very helpful. Would stay here again, but may look somewhere else for different things nearby

Excellent location, close to Piazzale Roma in a quite spot away from the most crowded parts of the city. Big and clean bed and room with a nice and cozy atmosphere.

“Not worth the price”

The property is modern

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were really comfortable (great idea with the yoga mat in the room), tea and coffee were refilled every day. Very good breakfast. Close to the train station, yet not very far from the historic city center.

We were surprized by how comfortable and modern this hotel was. Great value for money, especially if you travel in winter when it's really cold and humid in Venice. The temperature in the room was perfect, the beds were comfortable, soap, shampoo and body lotion are available. The hotel is easily reachable on foot - it's a 6-7 minute walk from the main bus station and train station.
