The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, spacious. Excellent contact with the host, very friendly. The neighbourhood is calm, good connection to the centre. Really recommend !

Location was great, only 15 minutes walk to San Marco square but also with quiet, local vibes and markets around! Vaporetto stop is 5 minutes walk and convenient. Apartment was spacious with a nicely equipped kitchen, bed was comfortable too. The host was responsive as well.

Everything was great with our stay. We visited in January, while it was rainy and very cold outside. The apartment was a haven, warm and cosy, with hot water all the time. Situated in a beautiful area, it is perfectly equipped with anything you might need. The host was extremely helpful with everything - extra points for the instructions on how to get to the apartment, from exiting the airport (which bus / transportation options we have) until getting to the apartment's front door (with a video walk).

Best location in historical Venice for my taste. Quiet, reachable, public garden near by. Super kind hosts Vanni and Antonella. Very clean. Kitchen has anything you need to cook something. I definately can recommend this place.

The location is great in a charming, quiet neighbourhood, the apartment is next to a small canal. The bedroom is very nicely decorated and spacious. A 20 minute walk along the seaside to Piazza San Marco, vaporetto stops also very close.

We loved the authenticity of the apartment. Situated in a lovely quiet area of Venice. A short 20 minute walk to St Marks Sq or a 5 min walk to the water taxi’s.

The appartment is well situated (with a nice view over a tiny canal), in a quiet zone, 15 minutes by walk to San Marco and 7 minutes to the water bus stop. Very well furnished, the host is very nice and kind. You feel welcome. Amazing appartment for a couple who wants to have a feeling to be Venitian.

Vanni was a perfect host. Communication with the host made exploring Venice much easier. We received a lot of valuable information, including recommendations about local restaurants and transportation. The area is ideal for anyone looking to escape the crowds of tourists.

Great apartment clean and full of kitchen

Everything was perfect, nothing was too much for the hosts and even allowed me to surprise my wife. Cannot recommend this place enough if you stay in Venice. Everything is a short walk away and perfectly located.

This appartement is fabulous, comfortable and close to 2 vaporetto stations. You can take vaporetto from train station and arrive to Giardini in 30 min. Going to place St-Marc in 15 min as well. It's also possible easily by walk after a good dinner to Nevodi restaurant! The hospitality of the host is just incredibble and always happy to help and provide good recommandations. The guidance to go to appartement is amazing!! You cannot go wrong!! Very clean, kitchen very well equiped and bed comfortable. Many thanks for the great vacation in Venice!! Warmly recommended place!

“Wonderful apartment in a quiet part of Castello, ideal for a relaxing break!”

The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with everything we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet and easy to get to - the apartment is only a few minutes away from Via Garibaldi, with shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk from the Giardini and Arsenale waterbus stops. Vanni was very friendly and helpful - he even stored our luggage for us on the departure day. I thoroughly recommend Ca di Nive for a stay in Venice.
