Good location. Comfortable bed. Super silent place so you can have good sleeping. Very welcoming host. To bathrooms and one of it accessible from the bedroom.

“Lovely stay.”
Gianfranco is a very professional and friendly host. He met us at the established time and spot and he kindly explained very clearly the house's protocol. Furthermore, he supplied us with several and useful information about the local bars and restaurants. Gianfranco made our stay very special indeed and spoiled us with a bottle of excellent prosecco and typical Venetian's sweets. We would recommend all our friends to stay at this lovely accommodation, due to its excellent level of cleanliness and brilliant location.

The apartment has an interesting layout and we liked that it has two bathrooms. The host was helpful in being there to check us in and provided a lot of instructions in helping us find the apartment including directions to other attractions in Venice.

Excellent location and very helpful tips from the owner for food and places to see. Very spacious place with all amenities. Although close to main road for convenience, very quiet place to sleep.
