“Quiet little house close to beaches and everything”
Ivan was a very good host, answering/replying to everything very fast, polite, no problems at all, great! It was a nice little house, two bedrooms, den/sun room, living room, nice kitchen with good appliances... two bathrooms, washer and dryer... a fire pit in the back yard, we really liked it. It had some nice touches, kind of modern and fresh looking... it is noticeable that someones tries to make it nice für guest. There is soap/bodywash... dish soap, salt/pepper... everything you need. There was good and reliable internet, which is great. Lots of TVs which we did not use - but every room has a TV. Its in a quiet neighborhood, felt very safe... 7 minutes to Manasota Key Beach - great sunsets there! And shark teeth of course... Venice is close by... and we recommend "Cafe Bagel", great bagels there. Thanks - we would like to come back :-)

An older home that had been updated and was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The location was quiet but only a short drive from the Venice old town district which had good public car parking availability along with shops and places to eat. We also enjoyed a visit to the Ideal Classic Cars showroom/museum which was a petrol heads dream.
