“Absolutely perfect for our needs”
Michael & Chuck were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever go back to Florida we will definitely try and book with them again. Everything we needed was there and shops etc were close by. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a couple of baking trays for the oven.

Addy’s is well situated for beach & restaurant access. I love the Old Florida look of the cottages combined with modern conveniences. The guest laundry is a nice touch and the pool is clean, tidy with excellent patio furniture. The staff are friendly and helpful Very relaxing experience

“We would love to return to this place next year!”
Being able to do laundry for free. The swimming pool was great each day! We were able to take walks along a wide sidewalk. The workers were always friendly and helpful. The place was super clean!!!

What a warm welcome we experienced at Addy's Villas! Michel and Chuck made us feel at home, a super clean house and if you needed something extra, no problem. If you need a Supermarket, the Publix is a few minutes drive away ( walking is possible too...) We will definitely come back to this place!

I liked everything about Addy's - the owners were excellent and communicated with us to make sure we arrived with the proper instructions. The Villa itself was excellent, clean, comfy and with great amenities to cook and have a wonderful stay.

Everything was very clean and organized, Michael and Chuck were such sweathearts and very kind, super easy to get to the beach in about 5mins by car, nice community, everyones friendly, would go back anytime:)

I booked this property using booking.com , superb rated. In reality it is just of motorway motel. No way it should be rated 9+ as it is in booking . com NO motels must achive rating grater than 6. rabish location. not clean enough, small considering price / area ratio
