The apartment was spacious and of a very high standard. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Even better than the photos in the listing would suggest. Both of the double bedrooms are huge and the twin is more than adequate. The second floor living room is wonderful with views across the lagoon towards St Marks Square. One of the best apartments/Villas we have booked in over 20 years of travels across Europe. Also excellent location for visiting Venice and exploring Lido. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We only meet her briefly but felt like we could contact her at any time if needed.

Lovely stylish appartment in great location on Lido. Waterbus into Venice was so easy and available at all times late into night. Great being able to escape crowds of Venice when we wanted to.

For the first time I feel that words can not tell enough. The host (Francesca) is a wonderful lady, a true italian donna: elegant, charming and very helpful, the best host we had so far in our travels. It was a pleasure for us to meet her. The apartment is spectacular, very, very clean, offering a lot of amenities. The host even welcomed us with some groceries and some towels to take to the beach. My children were delighted with the entire experience and they asked to come again soon. The view from the balcony and from the top room are spectacular. The location is close (10 min walk) to the vaporetto station. Lido di Venezia is a magic place, full of beautiful plants, spectacular villas and a perfect sandy beach.

“Lovely”

Lovely property, exceptionally clean, great location

This room is very close to the pier, just a six-minute walk away. Due to flight issues, we arrived at the house in the early morning, and the landlord warmly welcomed us, informing us about the facilities inside the house and even prepared some bread for us. The landlord is very nice. At first, we misunderstood that the garden was accessible due to a language barrier, but the landlord patiently explained it to us without getting angry. In the following days, it rained in Venice, and the landlord even lent us an umbrella. This house is also very close to the palazzo del cinema, about a 15-minute walk. On the way there, you will come across a breakfast shop where we bought breakfast every day. In front of the palazzo del cinema is a beach where you can watch the sunrise. Additionally, the house is right next to the seaside, and the sunset view is stunning, visible from the balcony of the master bedroom. I heard that Lido Island doesn't have as many tourists as other islands, but based on my experience during these days, Lido Island is incredibly beautiful. The houses on the island are also charming, and we went crazy taking photos. It's definitely worth a visit. There's a good Mexican restaurant on the Lido island.

Beautiful villa in the Lido island’s green and beautiful residential area. Lovely italian family as hosts. We love to stay away from Venice busy and noisy streets- Lido is therefore the perfect location. You can reach easily St Mark’s square in ~20 minutes. The beach is ~10 or 15 minutes from villa. Thank you so much! This was amazing and very special stay! Loved it!!!

“Perfect choice for our Venice trip”

The apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. Perfect choice for our family holiday to Venice. Location was great for the airport journey and also hopping to the different islands. Food on Lido was great. We also found an amazing bakery about 5 mins walk from the apartment for our breakfast pastries. If you are thinking of booking this one, don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

The apartment was fully mod con, air conditioning throughout apart from the twin room which did have a fan unit. Kitchen had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's close to the public water ferry service and beaches. On arrival there was a small basic grocery basket and bottle of wine The 1st night we had a shower in the main bathroom the shower overflowed. I contacted the owner and the following morning a plumber arrived and immediately fixed the problem The owners were contactable throughout our stay and nothing was too difficult for them
