“Great stay”

Host and apartment was super. Stayed with my family for a week. Located close to everything you need. Short walk to beach and shops.

Lovely simple contemporary apartment away from the crowds of Venice. Avoids the trap of old kitchy baroque furniture so often prevalent in venice. I liked being in the Lido for a little reprieve from the intensity of venice centre. easy access to bus and ferry. Stefano was very friendly and responsive. we stayed on for a few extra days. Restaurants in the Lido near were very good and relatively affordable.

Stefano was very kind and have give us the keys earlier. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable (with different pillows!), in a big, bright but cute apartment! It was just perfect for our business trip (with daily meetings in Palazzo del Casinò -5 min away ) with the businesspartner: you have just a common kitchen/dining room/tv area and separate private parts. I think it would be amazing also for a big family! Very safe place, good connection to the waterbuses and less crowded as in Venice. Also in 1 min we had a great fish restaurant!! The beach is in 7min to walk. Superlocation! Would like to come next year! K&A

We where happy with our appartment. It was very clean and tasteful. Only the bathroom upstairs was slightly outdated. I would like to mention how friendly and helpful our host was. We were greeted warmly and found a bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator.

“Spacious, clean apartment, great location, super host”

We stayed here for 4 nights. The whole apartment, rooms and spaces are very spacious and comfortable. The apartment is clean, well equipped, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting ont he big terrace. The beds are very comfortable, we could sleep well. Excellent location, we could easily reach everything on foot and by public transport. Good restaurants in the area are a few minutes walk or even a very short bus ride away. Bus stop in front of the house next door, took us to the ferry/city centre in 5 minutes. We could park for free, very close to the apartment on the street opposite. Stefano is a great host! He answered everything very quickly and kindly. We had a great time here! Thank you for your flexibility during check-in! :-)

“A great place to stay and highly recommend.”

A lovely modern spacious apartment, around 15 minutes walk from the ferry port. Secure with gate access and although there were a few other apartments in the block it was very quiet. Clean and well maintained with everything you could need. Loads of storage and comfortable beds. Balcony with outdoor seating. Easy access on the bus route to other parts of the island or to the centre. Stefano was friendly and super responsive to any questions or queries and we appreciated an early check in.

Magnificent apartment owner! The owner welcomed us with a huge smile and it stayed that way until the end of our stay! We felt taken care of in every respect. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and more than nice. He answered all questions and tried to make us feel as good as possible even before arriving. The apartment was really clean, starting from the rooms and ending with towels and bedding. Lots of storage space, huge wardrobes, ironing board, hairdryer, Nespresso and coffee provided by the owner. There was even a welcome Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture. The entire apartment is finished with higher quality materials. We were especially surprised by the kitchen and wardrobes. I can't say even one bad word. Just perfect!

“Spacious apartment close to the beach”

Spacious and tasteful apartment with all the amenities as hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and generous wardrobes. The location is in quiet residential area with huge balcony to enjoy breakfast outdoors. Stefano is very helpful and we will definitely planning to come back.
