Quiet part of Lido, but super close (5min) to vaporetto station Lido SME, big and lush garden, very clean room, great breakfast and most importantly 2 extremely kind hosts, Laura and Alessandro who also provided useful tips for what we were interested in visiting, like modern art museums and such. Will definately come back!

Recently, we had the pleasure of staying in a villa with an exquisite Venetian-style interior — and it was truly a special experience. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and cozy; you don’t feel like just a guest, but rather a welcome friend. The interior is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail: elegant furniture, beautiful decorative elements, and a true sense of Italian aesthetics. At the same time, everything was impeccably clean — our room was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Breakfast was a real delight. Fresh fruit salad, delicate mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, flavorful prosciutto, and freshly baked croissants… Everything was delicious and of excellent quality. During the day, guests can enjoy coffee and tea at any time — such a lovely touch that makes you feel at home. The hosts are incredibly kind, attentive, and considerate people. They did everything possible to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were especially touched that on the day of departure, they kindly offered us the use of our room for as long as we needed before heading to the airport. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. We left with the warmest impressions and would happily return again. We highly recommend this place to anyone who values atmosphere, style, and genuine hospitality.

Well basically everything. Contact the owner, we felt rather like house guests than hotel guests. Breakfast was outstanding. Location about 4-5 minutes next to water transport. Dining rooms have maps that help plan visiting. Conad is 2 minutes away from my stay. Rooms are clean with a unique climate and extra spacious. Well the room was warming and it was turned on everyday before we came back thanks to the owner.

The facilities were very good, especially the use of the breakfast room to make teas and coffees for afternoon and evening. Excellent continental breakfast each morning with variety of cereals, breads, meat, cheese and drinks.

A great location set in a lovely quiet garden very close to the water bus service, the beach and shops and restaurants. The owners of the B and B are very kind, helpful and charming. The breakfast served is very fresh and healthy.

Everything was great only exception was the bed and pillows. Much too hard/firm for us both unfortunately.

Amazing value for money, 2-3 minutes away from the main Lido vaporetto/bus station, slept great, superb breakfast and great advice from Alessandro regarding what other islands to visit. Will definately come back! Grazie mille!

Cozy place, great hospitable hosts and good location in Lido with easy connection to Venice by vaporetto. Staying in Lido works well if one doesn’t want to stay in main Venice that is quite full with tourists. Beach was nice addition too!

“Fabulous”

I'm so pleased I decided to stay on Lido rather than in Venice city. Having a water taxi ticket covering the length of your stay is essential to enable you to get to Venice & the other islands. La Bragadina is perfectly positioned just off the main street on a pedestrian walkway, but still near to bars & restaurants. There are tea & coffee facilities available and the use of a fridge for water & milk etc. It is spotlessly clean, and it has a lovely laid back vibe. Alessandro and Laura are wonderful hosts, and of course there's also lovely Bella their very friendly dog.

“The best accommodation on the Lido!”

Wonderful location and very hospitable hosts. A bonus to have bikes to use at any time of day. The balcony too was an unexpected treat. Good also to have use of the fridge for storing cold drinks. Infinitely better value than most of the hotels! We will be back.

“The perfect place to relax and recharge.”

We stayed for 4 nights in La Bragadina which is located down a quiet laneway just off a lively square with lots of restaurants and shops yet is within walking distance to the beach. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and air conditioned. Alessandro and his family made us very welcome and provided a delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The location on LIDO was close to the ferry boat terminal. It was quiet.
