The host couple were very welcoming, the room was very nice, Venetian decor, felt at home, breakfast in the garden was nice, very quiet area. Host was very knowledgable about Venice.

My wife and I were very pleased staying at Paola's apartment. Area is nice and quiet, apartment has all the amenities, it's clean, bed is confortable, terace is good, garden is nice where we enjoyed tasty sweet breakfast, we got more than I hoped for. Paola is intelligent and considerate, we are happy to get to know her. All recommentations, next time in Venice we will surely stay here again.

The room was very nice, clean, in a classic Venetian style. The fact that we had a private bathroom was a huge plus for us. Paola is super nice, very helpful if you need any tips on getting around Venice or getting to the airport.

“Exceptional Stay & Value”

Overall Exceptional! Stay: the attic room consists of 2 parts, upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs has 2 roof windows with a double bed and storage. The room is quiet restricted due to roof and not very high ceiling. You won’t be able to use the sides but no problem if you are only looking for a night stay, it is and old style decorated room. The downstairs bathroom is modern and nice. Overall it is very clean and nice for stay. The only and major issue is the stairs, it’s not very convenient for multiple times up and down. It’s really narrow (I mean really) but we had no issues at all. Just to be aware. It was quite as the host are also living there. Host: a very kind and lovely couple. They have shared valuable information with us which made our trip much easier. Location: the best ever decision we made! The room is located in a separate island called Lido. Very peaceful and safe. It has great transportation so you don’t need to worry. Food & Laundry: there is no laundry option in b&b but there are laundry in Lido - just 10 mins from stay. In the bus route. Washing starts from €7 and drying from €2 for 15 mins. There are many restaurants but our favourite was takeaway pizza “Punto Pizza da Maury” the best in town and Margarita was €6 only! There is also a nice market chain called Conad City which has fresh cooked food any many other options. Just across the Lido waterbus station. Transportation: there are ACTV day cards, we purchased 2 day for €35 each and it’s a MUST! You can freely use all actv services (except airport but for airport you can use number 5 bus from the main bus station and get off 2 bus stop before at Tessera and walk to the airport with this card) With this cards we freely used waterbusses many times. A great value of flexibility including late night time!

“Friendly and beautiful guest house in Lido”

Lovely hosts and lovely house. Liked my room, toilet and balcony, which were also very clean. Area is quiet, but also easily accessible with public transport.

The owner, Paola was very kind and nice person. The room was cute, the bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was nice. The stairs led to the room were pretty small, but we knew that, was not a problem.

The property was very clean and the hosts were amazing. They provided everything we needed as well as a detailed overview on how to get there, the tourist passes we should buy, the main attractions and the history of Venice. The coffee was amazing. 10/10, we will surely return here if we decide to visit Venice again

Such a pleasure to be there! A traditional Italian house and the open-minded hosts always ready with a warm welcome for their guests. We could always count on tasty breakfast and hosts' polite smiles to start the day with. We got exactly what we paid for: a cozy room and a friendly atmosphere

We were so well looked after by Paola and her husband. They were attentive and had lots of useful advice and gave us historical information too which was so interesting. It was really easy to get to the Lido on the Tronchetta where we parked our hire car at the accommodation, we then used the usual water taxis and walked to see the sights of Venice, although the Lido its self was lovely too.

Owners were very nice people, gave us precise directions how to find the house and what transport to use. it is little bit distant from main sightseeing sites, but easily reached by public transport within 30 mins, which in Venice is excellent and clear. Room were we stayed was in old Venetian style and it was super clean.
