Host Stefano makes super breakfast. You feel like at your grandma. All facilities are really nice, again feeling like visiting your italian granny. Bed and shower comfortable. Near to vaporeto and beach

This was a gem. I came for the biennale and wanted to stay with easy access to the pavilions and to the beach, and this place was perfect. The B&B is located in a calm and beautiful neighborhood close to the ferry and the main beach in Lido, and the room is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in an elegant old-fashioned style that reminded me of my Danish grandma. Good shower, aircon if you need it, and towels for the beach. The breakfast was excellent, which from experience, I’m sorry, is rather rare in Italy. Stafano was very hospitable and helpful, and as a gay guest I felt safe and comfortable. Can only recommend.

Thank you very much, Stefano. The stay at this accommodation was truly a pleasure. The breakfast was the best one could possibly have. The room was spacious, clean, with a very large bathroom. The hotel is also in a very good location. I highly recommend it without hesitation.‼️

Beautiful rooms in a great location. So easy to get to Venice or the beach, and Stefano is friendly and helpful. All rooms are en suite and the beds are super comfortable. Spotlessly clean too. So glad we found it

Quiet and fragrant surrounding, proximity to the ferry, free beach and a wonderful Trattoria. It is in a residential part of Lido which makes for a special Venice experience. Of note, Stefano gave perfect instructions , and welcomed us warmly. We had the best restaurant recommendations and breakfast was stunning. The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were new, clean and practical.

Everything. First of all, it is situated very close to the vaporetto and bus node in Lido di Venezia, Lido SME, so you can get anywhere in Venice (Biennale, train/bus station, F'te Nova, Burano directly). Secondly the apartment is spacious and comfy, we slept great (the area is also very quiet). Last, but not least, Stefano was an amazing host, answering patiently our billion questions about ideas for where do go or boat schedule details. The breakfast he arranges is also top notch. I already miss the apartment and cannot wait to come back!

We did appreciate the kindness of Stefano, his warm welcome and all his valuable information. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The room was lovely and quiet and the location was close to the vaporetto stop (6-7 minutes walking) : the vaporetto takes you to Piazza San Marco in about 15 minutes. You are very close to Venezia center without the constraints of the crowd.

The host was friendly and attentive. The B&B was quaint with a spacious room and a full breakfast each morning with a great selection. Lido di Venezia was quiet at this time of year, a nice respite from the busyness of Venezia after touring the other islands all day.
