Our stay was last minute because of cancelled flight due to emergency hospital treatment. We we glad to find the hotel and for our nights rest! It met all that was required and we were very glad that the reception stayed open for our arrival after 22.30 hrs

Underground secure garage for your motorcycle. Hotel is a little worn around the edges, but the staff and atmosphere is lovely. Food is excellent. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Lovely typical French hotel. I’d stay again definitely

The area was very nice but not our intended stay we had had a bad experience booking a different hotel as the booking . Com details were incorrect, we planned on stopping in nice but booking . Com stated the preferred hotel was 0.07 miles from nice,it was actually 27 mile from our destination so it ended up costing considerably more than we had planned so would hope they refund us,as well as towards the extra costs incurred due the their misinformation supplied

“Exceptional Kindness at Mas de Vence!”

Mas de Vence exceeded all expectations, primarily due to the unparalleled hospitality of the owner. On the morning of my flight, after 15 frustrating minutes of trying to get an Uber, the owner spontaneously drove me to the bus station (15 minutes away) and even confirmed I was on the right bus. His incredible kindness saved my travel plans. Beyond this extraordinary gesture, the hotel boasts a fantastic restaurant and a lovely, quaint garden. An absolutely wonderful stay – thank you, Mas de Vence!

“Lovely family run hotel, "vintage" or "old" depending on your point of view”

The staff are so friendly and lovely. Really helpful. I'm glad I had read about the 'vintage' decor before booking as it really is in a time warp - but in a nice way. It feels so personal to the owners - and everyone who works there seemed to be related to each other. Spoke great English. Enjoyed a swim in the pool each day. Air con was fine. We had a nice little balcony too - not all rooms do. You can walk up to the main village but it's up hill - quick and really convenient for young and/or fit people but a bit much for older unfit people like us! We ate in the restaurant one night and it was good.

Just off the main road. Easy parking. Good footpath to old town (though steep!) Small balcony in room very comfortable.

So great to have a well air-conditioned room. Staff all very helpful. Pool very clean and good size. Such easy access to Vence from the property’s garden. We loved Vence. Great restaurants and shops.

The hotel is shabby though clean. The sheets were patched up and the bath mat threadbare. The evening staff were very pleasant and welcomed us kindly and helped with parking and directions for the next day. The room was basic and clean. Bed comfortable.

Great location, especially the footpath to the old town straight from the car park, only 280 metres. The free underground parking is a huge bonus ! Most of all the staff. Like all the reviews on here say, the staff are all exceptionally polite and helpful - very old school- which is a refreshing change! Toiletries in the bathroom and everything is very very clean. Oh and an amazing deep swimming pool, again very well kept and clean and considering this is the middle of August, the whole hotel was sooo quiet.

A must stay on the Cote d’Azur , very friendly staff ♥️, good price-quality , totally relaxing atmosphere , and you can ealk through their garden to one of the most lively and beautifull villages on the Riviera Vence🌴🌴🌴approx 25 super restaurants in the village but we chose to eat in the hotel🙏

“Attention bed bugs”

First room had bed bugs all over the place. Then asked for another room (they can't speak englisch at the reception, had to show picture). The second room we got had used bed sheets with hairs in it.
