The property was extremely beautiful on a traditional town square with a tiny cathedral opposite and views of the mountains the other side . The room had features from the 13th century and was incredibly comfortable and charming . Valerie was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in immediately after we arrived in the town and letting us keep our bags there on our last day . This was such a kind help for us . I wouldn’t hesitate to come back . Valerie was incredibly helpful with lots of local tips and gave us all that we needed . Thank you

“Absolutely wonderful stay”

An awesome room in a fantastic historical location. The room is in a 13th or 14th century house with frescos on the wall(!) and it is very nicely set up. Very comfortable. Very charming. The host was wonderful and so accommodating, considering I arrived at an odd hour. They was very responsive too, and easy to get ahold of. As I was travelling with inconsistent wifi access, I appreciated their patience. Hands down one of the best places I've stayed at. It was only a shame I could not stay longer. Definitely will hope to book again when I come back. Oh! And there is a great used books shop right out the door! What's not to like?

A little gem! The room was comfortable, clean and had everything needed. The location was perfect- a quiet part of the beautiful old town with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains (baous). The host was also very friendly & helpful.

Beautiful location. We didn’t explore much of Vence beyond our room and the restaurant and public square downstairs - that was beautiful and very pleasant. The hosts were wonderful.

Valérie has been a lovely host throughout. We especially appreciated that she was giving us recommendations for the area. We really enjoyed our stay in this old house full of charm and character. The village Vence is a great stay as it wasn't crowded at all, a nice contrast to busy St Paul de Vence and Nice.

If you want comfortable, clean and authentic accommodation, then this is it. The room is just the right size to make you feel comfortable. Modernly equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location is perfect, on a small square where there is also an excellent restaurant that serves local specialties. Special kudos to Valerie who is extremely kind and accommodating. Thanks for everything Valerie!
