“Hidden Treasure”
First and foremost: open, warm, and welcoming hosts Cecilia and Giuseppe. Everything is well maintained and looks very new. The rooms are modern, clean, and large. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much for an amazing stay! The kids loved it as well.

“Beautiful, relaxing and practical place”
Cecilia is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The swimming pool is huge and well maintenance. It’s only 2 accommodations so you have it for yourself most of the time :) During our week there, Cecilia was full of lovely touches and attentions, always there if needed, but still very discret. 2mn by car or 10mn by feet is also a little supermarket with quality fresh products. Very relaxing, very quiet and everything you need place. I highly recommend.

“Pure Passion!”
Cecilia and Guiseppe are very warm and friendly people who make their guests feel right at home. Everything is thought of and nothing is too much to ask. The accommodation is really fantastic. Very quiet location, very spacious, good facilities and a great swimming pool. You really lack nothing. Especially the delicious cakes that Cecilia bakes for you are unforgettable. We enjoyed it immensely and will definitely come back. This is highly recommended! Thank you Guiseppe and Cecilia!

“An absolute gem in the Marche”
Villa La Passione is one of the best places we ever stayed at, exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! It has the luxury feel of staying at a private villa with huge pool (shared only between the two apartments). It is located very peacefully amongst the olive yards on its own domain near the small town of Venarotta (with shops, restaurants etc). The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. Cecilia and Giuseppe are the best hosts, warm, attentive and caring while also discrete and respecting the guests' privacy (they live a few hundred meters away). They take meticulous care of housekeeping, shared local products with pride (fruit and vegetables from Giuseppe's garden and cakes and jam made by Cecilia), and were always ready to give excellent suggestions.

It's one of the best places we've ever visited! I cannot recommend it enough. The apartment is really beautiful. It has all you need, and even more. The pool is huge, the area is stunning, and the host is the kindest person ever. She just went above and beyond. We simply felt like at home. It's even hard to find words, which would be good enough to express our love for this place. You just need to go and see it, I'm sure you'll never forget it!

Lovely location, spacious well equipped apartment with good cooking facilities. Exceptionally kind host ready to help anytime. Great pool and a variety of areas to relax surrounded by fields.
