Ellis Gården in Vemhån offers accommodation in traditional log cabins dating back from the mid 1800s. Vemdalen is 20 km away. These self-catering cabins feature fully-equipped kitchens, private bathroom facilities and free on-site parking with block heating. Ellis Gården offer year round activities in the surrounding nature such as hiking, skiing, fishing, canoeing as well as berry and mushroom picking. During the winter cross country skiing slopes begin right outside the entrance. Björnrike and Vemdalsskalet located nearby offer first class downhill skiing.

“Swedish farmstay for family and friends”
Very enjoyable nature surroundings. It was a very relaxing time with the family. 20 Mins ride to Vemdalen

“Perfect hide away!”
They have several little houses, We were lucky to get the super cozy “Stallet”. Equipped with 2 queen size beds, 2 bunk beds and a double child bed in the kitchen. Nicely furnished, fully equipped, well renovated (beds, windows!), super location, very nice hosts! (They are sleigh dog professionals with great stories to tell!) Such a nice experience! 😀

“We’ll be coming back.”
Lovely, secluded cabins fully equipped providing comfortable stay. Our cabin comprised 3 bedrooms, a living room and a dining room/kitchen plus two bathrooms. It was warm and the surroundings were calm, quiet and for our use only. The owner lives just a minute from the cabins.
