Skærum Mølle is the best hotel/B&B stay I've had in a long time. The location is beautiful; the stream nearby, tall beautiful trees, and the old buildings themselves are charming and provide a beautiful atmosphere. The buildings also house exhibits, including a reproduction of a 1920s grocery store. Angling is available in the area upon request. It's so peaceful and calm. Hardly a car passes by. The birds are chirping and the west coast wind rustle the leaves. The hostess is charming and welcoming, and the staff full of smiles. Check-in is delightfully simple: The room key is available in an envelope with name just inside the B&B entrance.The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee plentiful. Information is provided every in Danish, German and English. The rooms are simple, clean, and the bathroom is roomy and modern. Coffee and cake every afternoon, and cold bottled water round the clock, is provided free of charge. The shared facilities are fine and as described. The free Wifi works perfectly. I'll be saving up for a longer stay next time!

Basic but nice. Good value for money.

Very unique and interesting building and area, a lot of historical pictures, photos and information on the walls, you can literally feel the history of this place! I was pretty sad to leave next day..

Excellent location for getting around Jutland, beautiful structure with simple but comfortable rooms, with kettle, very comfortable bathrooms, delicious breakfast, with the possibility of preparing sandwiches for packed lunches at no additional cost.

A varm and friendly welcome - we were offered coffee and cake when we arrived, and the possibility to make lunch sandwiches at breakfast. Staff were very friendly. The location is excellent for touring western Jutland - by foot, bike or car.

Breakfast: Simple, but delicious. Generous slices of rullepølse and cheese. Would have been nice with freshly squeezed orange juice, but you can't have it all.

It is a perfect place as a starting point to explore the west coast. The breakfast was excellent and the Lady in charge was super nice 😊👌 The room was quiet, clean, had my seperate bathroom - very relaxing place with history. I would definitely come here again, highly recommend.

Beautiful surroundings and a interesting historical place. The single room was lean and cozy. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and you get the chance to fill your thermos with coffee and make a lunch to go.

Beautiful location in rustic Vemb, Denmark. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Very quiet and comfortable stay. No extra charge for having pets with you is fantastic.

Skærum Mølle is a wonderful place in the countryside shortly before Vemb. From architectonical point of view the whole ensemble of buildings is very very nice. There are some older astronomical observatories around, and some astronomical events are organised, sometimes. The rooms are located in a very large nice old farm house. There is a lot of space also for groups. The wifi is working very well. The landlady Karen Marie was very friendly and answered all our questions. The breakfast was very nice and the personal atmosphere made us enjoying our short stay very much. We shall definitely come back.
