“A piece of paradise”

Roberto and Marcella have a beautiful, spacious house and garden with a gorgeous outlook. They were warm, welcoming, helpful and flexible. Breakfast was plentiful. Our upstairs room was private and comfortable and had its own terrace. This was a very special place to stay.

Kitchen- if somebody need. EXCELENT attentions from owners. Thanks to Roberto and his wife- you feel there like at houme. Classic music during breakfest. I got my omlete finaly.. sooooo good 👌 after 12 days traveling it was my first omlet. Thank you ! Near is beautiful lake..just 10 min. Roma - very easy - 54 min, Restorants around. When you arrive to property for enter there you must drive little bit up on the hill through the very old beautifull road which open you new expierence Will return 💯.

Comfy bed and spacious room

Roberto and Mariella are very nice and friendly hosts. It was a great experience to visit their family house, in which we felt pleasant and warmly welcomed. The breakfast was very tasteful and we enjoyed the refined decoration of the dining room and the whole house, surrounded by the large and beautiful garden.

The room was beautiful with a small private patio, the bed was super comfortable and the host was absolutely amazing. We had a great breakfast served in the morning and I had my decaffeinated cappuccino.

Wonderful place and hosts! Amazing views from the upstairs lobby and apartment (or from anywhere in the garden really). The beds were very confortable too. Roberto and his wife were eager to fulfill any of our needs. Grazie mille! :)

“A romantic old Italian house renovated in style. Lovely hosts.”

This place is amazing. We arrived late at night when it was already dark outside, so we didn't really see much of the facade. We were warmly welcomed and we instantly fell in love with the interior. It is a very nicely renovated old house. Romantic like you'd imagine Italy to be. The rooms were clean and very well taken care of. We had been staying in four other hotels in Italy that week and none of them were so cosy and beautifully decorated. You could tell that this old hose had been renovated with love and good taste. In the morning we had breakfast outside and admired the beautiful house from the outside. We travelled as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) and we got 2 rooms with large beds, perfect solution for us. And the bed sheets - I have never slept in such soft and comfortable sheets, not even in the expensive hotels. All in all, really lovely experience and if I ever come to Rome again, I will defenately try to spend longer time here.

Really, really lovely hosts. A very authentic experience. They played soft music with set the mood quite nicely. Enjoyable Italian village stay.
