“Perfect place to stay!!!”
This apartment has exceeded all expectations: - new apartment in a new building area - amazing views from balcony - nice area overall - the apartment itself has all you need and more to feel like home - host had welcome snacks, small water left in bedroom and a big bottle in the fridge that was just in time - parking place is in the same building garage thus perfect for those who travel by car - easy and understandable selfcheck in - responsive host We can only say - Grazie mille for accomodating us. You will not regret it booking it!

“A wonderful house and wonderful hosts.”
First of all, the hosts Ricardo and Donatella are very friendly and helpful, they helped us in many ways and made us feel at home, thank you very much. Velletri, where the house is located, is very beautiful and there are many beautiful places to visit around it. The house is very clean, comfortable and has a wonderful balcony. There are brochures prepared by the hosts showing places to visit, places to eat, transportation, and Ricardo also sends you the locations of the places he recommends. There is a private closed garage under the building. There is also a sunbed, umbrella and cooler box for you in the garage. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
