“At last, the perfect property in the perfect resort in Albania”

The facilities are excellent - modern kitchen with oven, microwave and induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine (with free pods) and a barbecue outside (with free charcoal). Large fridge/freezer. The garden is wide and spacious with a big dining table in the middle, there is even a fire pit for the evening. The front gate of the property is a few steps from the beach, and you can choose your lounger for your stay (price included as well!). It is far enough away from the centre to be peaceful, but still only 15 minutes walk from the local stores. There are bikes supplied as well if you fancy that. The large TV has video on demand and Netflix. WiFi is fast, strong and reliable. There is an alarm system as well so you know the place is secure when you go out. If there are any problems, I mean any, then Sajmir the owner is just a phone call away and he won’t rest until the issue is resolved. There is even an 8-hour battery backup system for the alarm, TV and internet in case of any power outage.

Everything was perfect! The host is wonderfully communicative, with tips and suggestions to make sure you enjoy your stay. The home is very clean and well-appointed with every detail you need. There is a well-stocked kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The house is small, but every bit of it is well-planned for comfort. The garden is beautiful and functional, and you literally walk right out of the enclosed yard to the sand of the beach. We visited during the off-season and had the beach almost to ourselves. Be aware that the entire city, minus a couple ofWe will certainly be back!

The best beach accomodation we ever stayed in! It was five of us, 2 adults and 3 kids aged 9 to 15. It just felt like home away from home, sitting just few steps from the beach. Great communication with Sajmir. We received well done, detailed info with all you need to know about the house, including practical tips about the area and very good tips for restaurants. We especially loved Ada Vilun restaurant. The centre of Velipolje is comfortable walking distance away from the house, with bars and restos. We will definitely try to put this place on some of our future roadtrip itineraries.

“Great house in a perfect location”

Really nice house at the beach. Fast Wifi and well equiped kitchen. Sunbeds and umbrella at the beach are included, but we prefered to hang out in the nice garden and go for a quick swim. You can hear the sea at night, what is really relaxing.

I loved that tiny home that looks soo small from the outside but has all u might need inside.And the details r the best thing on it.The beach is right in front of the house so when ure outside in the garden u can clearly hear the sound of the waves, soo peaceful.It was clean and perfect.The owner was soo kind and exceptional,he suggested me a couple of restaurants which I loved and was soo kind on keeping me updated about the weather right before arriving there.I mean i saw the pics of that house and i liked it but seeing it alive was way better.I will for sure visit it again very soon that home felt really as home field with love in every detail.

The beach villa was really clean, well decorated and has amazing facilities- including full kitchen, lovely garden with BBQ, washing machine, comfy living area with sofa and Netflix, and more. We were only staying for 1 night but it would be perfect for a family with young kids to stay for longer. Location is literally right on the beach- good at this time of year because very quiet and you can hear the sea, but I imagine in summer it would get noisy and busy. The host was super helpful, he kept up good communication throughout our stay, recommended a nice restaurant close by, (La Maroja) and even arranged our taxi to Theth

Nice house directly at the beach. The view is amazing. The interior of the house is very tasteful and fully equipped. It was (end September) very quit and peaceful. Nice place to relax for some days.

The location was perfect, right on the beach. Villa is kept in immaculate condition. All amenities are available and you feel at home. It is a great place to stay with the family. Highly recommended for a minimum of 2-3 nights.

Tirana Guest House has clearly been renovated and decorated with love and careful consideration for anything you might need during your stay. The garden in itself is a little entertainment sanctuary. The house is modern and cosy. The location is as stated - right on the beach. The fairy lights on the trees in the garden are a beautiful, eco friendly addition that shows you the way home after visiting one of the many restaurants nearby. The owner was curteous and availbale before and during our stay with really helpful tips and advice.

The best place you ever find on the seaside!

The house is very homey and is fully equipped. It's wonderful outside. We were in the tourist period, so the beach was not perfectly clean, but the good thing about it - we were alone on the huge beach. Definitely recommend visiting the house!
