Very comfort, clean place. There is everything in the kitchen to prepair breakfast for dinner. There is a big shopping center very close. Parking is free in the area. Owner was very nice- he prepared the place earlier wich helped us a lot after morning flight. This place is perfect for people with car, who wants to travel the island.

“Superb Apartment”
The apartment was superb, everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with a modern approach. Great lighting once you work out the switches. Plenty of storage space and a washing machine. There is also a contained drying area. Quite, Clean and fresh smelling with all facilities needed. No oven, bur a microwave and induction hob, sufficient for simple cooking and reheating food. A sharp knife would help, but a minor point. Shower was spacious with overhead rainfall and spray hose and water was always hot Astray attachment by the toilet basin provided bidet use which a nice touch. All in all, very impressed and Stefano, the host, a message away for any help needed.

“A convenient stay and easy access to the big shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants.”
The location is great in the east of the island. Walk distance to a big mall with great local popularity. Easy to drive to most of the sights. The small apartment has basically everything a family needs.

“July trip 2022”
The apartment has everything you need for short or/and long-term stay, is spacious, quiet and good location but you need to have a car. Then you can easily explore both south and north parts of the island from this spot. All necessary shops are a minute drive from the apartment. Even to get to the main Canaria’s motorway it takes 2 minutes from this place only. It’s only 12 minutes drive south of the airport. Stefano is very helpful and easy to reach in a case of need. Thanks, will definitely book it again when going back to visit Gran Canaria for more sun and fun...😁👍🏻

I liked the kitchen area, it has everything you need to prepare meals; including fridge, freezer, kettle, utensils etc.. Overall, the property looks modern on the inside.
