Overview
Set in a former hunting villa from 1918, this family-owned property is 10 minutes’ drive from central Laholm and a Bay of Laholm sandy beach. It offers free Wi-Fi and individually decorated rooms. Scandinavian décor, a seating area and garden views are featured in each guest room at Vallåsens Värdshus. All have a private bathroom with shower. Rooms are located in an annex, 50 metres from the main building. Guests can eat or relax with a drink in Vallåsen’s garden, which hosts occasional live music events. Their restaurant uses local and organic produce, some grown on site. The Restaurant is open seasonally. Guests can also choose to prepare their own food in a guest kitchen which also offers barbecue facilities. Other communal facilities include a TV lounge, sauna and games room. Båstad is 17 km away, while Vallåsen Ski Resort is 3 minutes' drive from the villa. Mountain bike rental and guided tours are possible on site.

“Just visit!”
Beautiful and peaceful location, very friendly owner and staff. The communal kitchen and fridges were very clean, cooking-utensils very well maintained. Every room had their own basket for food-items, so no confusions there.

“Lovely cosy place amongst the trees”
It’s a lovely wooded place. Feels like you’re in a hut in the woods (though the appartments do connect to one another). Picking up the keys was easy even after the reception was closed. It’s very comfy and cosy.

“Homely, wholesome and romantic”
This was the second time we stayed at Vallåsens värdshus. We got married here in 2019 so to be and to celebrate our wedding anniversary here, especially after COVID, was very special. We love this place! The rooms are charming, the surroundings quaint and the staff are fabulous. The food is spectacular! Breakfast and dinner worth every penny!

“Charmig Guesthouse in the forest”
-Very big, well equipped, and clean guest kitchen -Location: calm, in the forest but not many mosquitoes (July) -good place to visit with a baby of 3 months -very friendly staff -nice atmosphere
