“SCAM!”

I hope this review you book here making our same mistake. the description is not true at all, the “apartment” is really small, the bed is the sofa (which was also dirty and the staff told us to simply put a sheet on the dirty spots), and another bed was in a drawer in the hyper tiny hall, if opened it was impossible to close the door. the pillows where dirty and had hair from someone else, the bathroom was dirty. we’ve been told to OPEN THE SOFA AND MAKE OUR BED, to bring away the rubbish and to clean the dishes and surfaces, plus TO BRING THE SHEETS AND TOWELS IN AN AREA ON THE LAST DAY. the 300€ deposit is a mad scam, the staff was really sarcastic, unprofessional and superficial. both the girls working on Tuesday March 19th around 19:00 and the girl working at Friday March 22nd around 9:30. on our check-out the girl told us she couldn’t check the apartment and give the deposit back because she was alone, we told here this can’t be possible because once they would have checked it we would have been away and her colleague - because obviously she wasn’t alone - told her to give our deposit back and avoid troubles so she gave us a ticket in french without explaining anything at all. needless to say we regret to spend our money here and didn’t find any positive side at all.

The advert for this apartment is simply misleading! Its not a 3 star its more like a 1 star with simply the most basic of basic. WATCH OUT for the small print of no linen or towels provided (for goodness sake get a grip on modern self contained accommodation - I mean how selfish and stingy do you have to be) WATCH OUT - says 2 rooms - its more like 1.5 rooms and neither are bedrooms but a box with glass within a living room so certainly no privacy or sound proofing. WATCH OUT - no shower (bath with a shower head) WATCH OUT - No early check in at all and 5PM is for most later than necessary. WATCH OUT - No toilet paper or dish washing liquid supplied and only 1 refuse bag (again get a grip - this is 2024) No Oven - limited cooking facilities - 5th bed is in the hallway next to the front door I would certainly never stay here again

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning. I love Vaujany and it’s my third time there.

Quiet room and atmosphere. Nice view from the balcony. The extra bed was comfy. Spacious appartement. Cleaning kit provided for washing the dishes. Showers gel.
