“RACIST RECEPTION FROM ONE MANAGER”
My purse got stolen at a.m and I was also very sick. I had to call a driver to get to the hotel, with losing my purse I have no credit card/ any money. Nothing with me. Already feeling tragedy and miserable, I have kindly asked the reception to pay for me first (the driver require cash only), but the hotel manger rudely refused to and just say no no matter I kindly beg and explain the reasons why, even I was close to puking at the reception and I was having a midly fever. Then I spent an hour at the reception calling my oversea family members (time difference, it was very difficult to reach them) to make oversea wire bank transaction to make the pay the local driver( which involves so much online procedures), I am really amazed that the hotel has made deposit $1000 euro deposit at the point we check in and thinking that I would not pay them back for the ride which only cost $140. They had ruined my trip. I have never felt so hopeless in my life and being treated so less.
