Mario is a special man and Ani is a chef like you rarely see these days and you have to try the lamb she cooks.Thank you!

We had an amazing stay in a cozy studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. The location was unbeatable, right in front of a beautiful beach, and as guests, we could use the sunbeds and umbrellas for free, which was such a bonus! The on-site beach bar/restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food with a stunning view of the sea. The room had everything we needed, from a small fridge to a stove, but the real highlight was the balcony with a sea view—falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. The housekeeping was flawless, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The location was also strategic - close enough to Zakynthos town, the airport, and beautiful beaches like Banana Beach, yet the sea right in front of the property was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. And to top it all off, Mario and his sister made our stay even better with their warmth and hospitality - Mario is super friendly, and his sister was the true heart and soul of the place. Forza Panathinaikos Mario!

“Super nice, quiet and green apartment complex with a nice bar and friendly staff”

We had a lovely room with a moderately well-equipped kitchen, mostly the basics. We had cleaning every day, even though we didn't need it. The staff is great; Mario, Kasim, and the cleaning ladies are super nice and friendly, yet their presence is not annoying. The whole location, with the bar, the green area, and the free sunbeds, is very nice and quiet. If we ever go back to Zakynthos, Levantino Studios will be the first one to check for rooms. I also think you get very good value for the price.

The view was amazing. Enjoyed the weather, even when the forcast announced rain, there was paradise sky. The AC worked fine. Polite staff and stuff had their place in order, cutlery, dishes, glasses, all ok. Didn't eat at the location, but cooked there, over a heating appliace, my food from the city market. Quince and pomegranate tree nearby. Hibiscus flowers. Balcony with table, four seats and a waterfront view. The driving sceneries are amazing and very contrasting between mountains and sea.

We stayed one week at Levantino Studios. The location is great, all the rooms have view to the sea. They offer free sunbeds, the restaurant has great food. Mario (the host) is super friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day. The location is close to the city by car. It was a good base camp for us to explore all the island. There are enough parking spaces. The air conditioning works fine. We recommend this place

I liked veru much the position, the quiet, the seaview from the appartment. From there you could arrive in 15 mjnutes by car to gerakas and to dopni beach. The cleaning service was done daily and was very good.

The views and beach location were incredible. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the food was fairly priced and good. Mario was lovely and welcoming and the cleaners were lovely and efficient. The sea was gorgeously warm and the sun set colours were second to none.

Prices are lower than the restaurants in city center. Fresh made food are really tasty and worth it’s price. We were looking for Frigania desert but it was served once during our stay :) We ate it various places but Levantine makes it way better. Anyone should try it here! The location, beach and the sea is amazing. Absolutely no need a pool here.

Good location, not far from the airport. Calm with nice beach. Hosts were great and helpful at any time. For anyone who wants to enjoy nice nature and sea and doesnt need necessary nightlife full of bars. We were 100% satisfied. Traveled with a 2year old kid.

This place is a piece of heaven. Located on the shore of a wonderful small beach, with plenty of free sun beds and crystal-clear water, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life. We went in July, full season, and there was still enough peace and quiet to sit back and relax. Right next to the beach, there is a beach bar with quite decent food and very affordable prices. Mario is a great host, whatever we needed, he made it happen in a blink of an eye. Thank you, we will return happily to Levantino!

Very good cleaning every day plus change of towels every 2nd day! Great location with your private beach and free sun beds. Sea is very good there and hotel takes care of the shore and cleans it always. All rooms have a view to the sea. We’ve got a room on ground floor, but so maybe from upper ones it’s better. Friendly and helpful stuff :) also super fresh air (comparing to dusty busy capital city)
