“Lovely quiet large villas”
Lovely quiet spot with very spacious well equipped villas. Fairly short walks to restaurants and beaches though preferable to have a car for bigger supermarket trips and excursions.

“Awesome!”
We did have a gorgeous experience. It felt like heaven. - Quiet and private area, in an olive groves. - The host (Martha) was very welcoming and available and involved to satisfy our needs. - The pool was clean and big enough to swim, enough seats for anybody, even we were mainly alone at the pool. - plenty of parking places - close to the best beaches in Zakynthos (Gerakas and Banana beach) and a lot of tavernas in the area by car. - car is a must! - cleaning was very good - we were provided beach towels and even an umbrella - utiled kitchen - AC worked very well ( 1 in every room) - nice terrace at every house

Perfect location for a quieter holiday. Walking distance to two beaches, a small shop and lots of nice tavernas. House is comfortable and clean as was the private swimming pool. Aircon and wifi work well. Communication with Martha was excellent, she even messaged us when she saw our flight had landed. All in all a good property.

Newly refurbished villas in beautiful part of Zante. Good kitchen including much equipment. Nice common pool. Close to excellent beaches. Very good value-for-money.

It was such a pleasure to spend a week at Lena's Villas at Porto Roma! The location is great as this part of Zakinthos is not that crowded by tourists yet (at least when compared to Zakinthos town or Laganas area). The villas are spacious and have everything one may need, including AC, beach towels and mosquito repellents (should you need them). The beach is very near, literally 5 minutes away. In the compaund there is a pool that all guests can use and there are some private pools as well, assigned to some villas. We were greeted by our lovely host Martha, who was very helpful with great advice on what to see and where to eat. And OMG, the food in all the tavernas nearby was simply excellent!

“Perfect chill out rustic villa near fantastic beach, tavernas and activities.”
Wasn’t sure if it might be too remote but it’s actually perfect. Nice villas, great pool, 6min walk to best beach on the island and 5 tavernas (beach bar to fancy) all walkable. Martha is a fantastic hostess and was able to help with all manner of things to make our holiday as easy as possible. Bonus was the best boat tour on the island (Mario’s) also leaves from a pier a short walk away so no need to get to busy Zakinthos Town or Lagunas. We did hire a car in the end (cheap) which confirmed we already had the perfect base. Would stay again!

The property is in a lovely location (car needed if going anywhere but Garakas beach and restaurants). The villa is roomy and has blackout shutters and aircon in the bedrooms. The staff were lovely and the shared pool is nice.

We went in late May and it was so peaceful and quiet, a really wonderful and relaxing escape, which is just what we were hoping for. It is just a lovely five minute walk to Gerakas beach and Porto Roma and the local tavernas serve excellent food. As we were early in the season we had the shared pool to ourselves which was an amazing bonus. The house and grounds are beautiful and the local environment is stunning. Martha was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend hiring a car so that you can get out and about to explore this beautiful island. The roads are actually pretty easy to navigate.
