Great apartment with everything you need like condiments etc in the kitchen. Very spacious & modern. Francesca was very friendly & good with communications

The location was good, 10 minutes walk to the town centre, Estensi Gardens, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walking distances to train stations, which we used to get to lake Como and Laveno on Lake Maggiore, with a stop to Gavirate on lake Varese. Kitchen was very well stocked, and very well kept and clean.

“Amazing appartments”

This was an amazing place for our holiday! Francesca is a very nice and kind hostess who cares about the comfort of her guests. The apartment is in excellent condition. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. Everything you need are there. Such basic things as coffee, tea, salt, oil, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. were avallable. Which is very important for me, staying for a few days so as not to have to deal with issues of arranging my life. I recommend everyone to book accommodation with Francesca! Here you will be greeted with warmth and surrounded by comfort!

It was perfect. Great location, great facilities, awesome host. Details that I loved were the flowers and candles. The apartment felt so cozy and romantic. Would recommend it 10/10!

Spacious, excellent position for station an d stroll into town. So comfortable! Loved all the extras such as coffee pods, shower gels, etc Lots of cooking and serving utensils etc. Loved it! Very secure apartment. Excellent communication with owner.

Everything was amazing! Francesca was super helpful and gave us all the information we needed ahead of our stay. Her garage was available for us for free which was very useful (only small or medium size cars can fit in it). The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. It's 5 minute walk from the center and there were few big food supermarkets nearby. We recommend staying in Varese.

We stayed in the appartment for three nights. 5 adults. We will absolutely recommend it. It is at great appartment. Lot’s of space and very clean, and with everything that you need. It is like you see on the photos. The balcony is big and even though the streets are very busy, we found the view charming. You can make the flat cool by using the shutters. It works great. There is also mosquito-net. The key was very easy to find. The flat is close to the train station and the city center and carrefour. There is also a nice cafe and two bakers in the area. I think on Piazza Ventisei Maggio. And go to the pizzaria Bottega tredici8. Francesca is very nice. Very polite and friendly and answers all your questions quickly. The only reason I don’t give it 10 points is that there is a lot of noise from the cars in the night. At least if you sleep with the windows open, as you often do in the summertime. So bring your earplugs and enjoy this very nice flat!

The flat has everything you need, included an elevator and a sunny balcony. The owner is very helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly both during check in and check out. The flat is situated in the center of Varese and in a walking distance from most places in the city.

Absolutely fantastic apartment with everything you need. Ideal location also, only a few minutes walk to centre also a supermarket two minutes walk. Will definitely be booking again
