“Hillside gem”
This B&B is a gem: it is located on the ground floor of a private villa in a very quiet, elegant part of the city of Varese. The room indeed feels like the guest room of a good friend/relative rather than a hotel room/"commercial" place. The location offers a stunning view over parts of the city. Marina, the owner, is an impeccable host, very helpful, very communicative, very warm-hearted. She is a very interesting person who - if you wish so - has many interesting stories to tell. I felt rather like a welcome guest of the house than a paying customer.

Amazing quiet place to stay. Apparently, the best neighbourhood in entire Varese. If you want to relax, to forget about cities, recharge observing the nature and mountain view, then it is the right place to go. Varese itself is more a village than a city. Reminds me of Spanish small villages like Benalmadena - not much to see really. But this villa is great. We are happy we stayed there. No need to leave the neighbourhood or even your room if you are too tired - the window view is perfect, also there are coffee tables in the yard.

“Peaceful stay”
Great location within walking distance to Varese city center - also great exit to the highway if you are willing to go to Switzerland or Milano. Comfortable beds and quiet area were great for recovery after long day.

Amazing stay! Marina is the most lovely hostess ever! And the house is fantastic. Situated in a wonderful location, up the hill, feels away a little yet very close to the town and the lake. The house is decorated in such a beautiful way and you feel so at home! But most of all Marina couldn’t be more lovely - so accommodating at check it, gave me wonderful tips, great breakfast and made me feel very at home! Would love to stay again!

“Perfect for our trip”
In a leafy, quiet location but easily accessible to/from centre of Varese. Lovely house with outdoor shaded seating area. Fabulous host & we intend to return to explore the area more.

Marina made us feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and the house has a lovely garden and terrace. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to a number of restaurants and places of interest. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
