"La résidence de la Villa Quartz is 4 km from the centre of Varengeville-sur-Mer and 250 metres from the beach. It offers 5 self-catering appartments and a Villa with sea views, a modern style decor and furnished terrace. This property has a seasonal outdoor pool, heated from may to september, exclusively reserved for the guests staying in the "Villa part" of the residence, and not accessible to the lodges (apartments). Each apartment has a garden, a private entrance and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, an iPod docking station and a DVD player. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower. A kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and an oven is available in each apartment. There is also a stove, a toaster and a coffee machine. This property is 6 km from Dieppe and 3 km from Dieppe Pourville Golf Club. Free private parking is available on site. Internet access is FREE and is now available via fiber. Use of the swimming pool is free and exclusively reserved for guests staying in the "Villa" part of the residence. It is not accessible to lodges (apartments).

“Good but with a few quirks...”
- Beautiful Location: The lodge is surrounded by lush, well-maintained greenery and offers a lovely partial sea view from both the living area and the terrace. It is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and private. - Great Base for Exploring: There are plenty of activities and sights to see within a 60–70 km radius. - Excellent Communication: The owner was fast and efficient. We received very detailed and clear instructions for check-in and check-out (though it’s worth noting the level of detail might feel a bit overwhelming for the average traveler, it was very thorough).

A very pleasant small apartment. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of plants and a sea view. Panoramic windows allow you to wake up in the garden to the sound of birdsong. The owner was always available and quickly resolved any issues that arose. The beach is just five minutes away, where you can find several restaurants and an oyster farm. By the way, thanks to the owner for providing an oyster knife.

“Relaxing place”
Great sea view. Nice terrace and yard. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for comfortable stay. The pebble/sand beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill. Pourville is a quiet and picturesque village with several beach restaurants, bakery and an oyster bar. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast not included. Superb views from the property. Quiet, very clean and full of character. Happily recommend for long or short stays.
