It was a new experience without reception

“Very poor experience”

I rarely if ever make reviews. This has been the most ridiculous, worst hotel in my life. And I have traveled all over the world and stayed in every types from 5 stars palaces to room shared hostels.from the moment we booked with Booking.com. in front of the hotel until we made it to our room was 1.5 hrs. I have absolutely no issues with what people call love hotels where you take your mistress. But there is 0 staff. Not 1 person that works there. The link provided by Booking.com did not have the self check-in information. We finally managed to contact support on WhatsApp. They sent us a link to do the check in process after about 45 mins. The process was cumbersome but we managed to check, upload documents, info etc. Then we received a confirmation email with a link that open a web page with virtual buttons to open the entrance door, but the buttons did not work. Another guess let us in the lobby. And the with WhatsApp again with support we obtained another link 15-20 minutes later. And we got in. to find our room we had to go up the stairs to go down a level. The wifi did not work. So again on WhatsApp where support sent me another link with another code. It was a nightmare. I seriously hope their business model fails. Do not go there. When we when out to eat. 3 people where unsuccessfully trying to get in. The worst experience of my life bar none. Nice Hotel, large rooms, good breakfast, friendly and professional staff. Easy access with the phone to the hotel and the room. Good parking in front of the entrance.

Everything. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast selection was great and staff there were very friendly. It is about 25 minute walk to the closest suburban train station (Trenord) we used to get into the city. Parking out front was free. Beautiful Japanese Restaurant close by.

Nonexistent service despite the promise of 24/7 support. I tried calling the intercom with no response, and I couldn’t sleep. Very disappointing experience

Stayed at this hotel as it was less than 5 minutes from the company I was visiting. Room was clean.

It's basically a sex hotel, where you hear everything from the rooms around you unfortunately, loud music outside, loud music on the hallway until late in the night, wrong in formation on Booking and generally I just don't recommend it unless you're cheating on you wife or something

Room was clean and spacious, no carpets. It is self-service so you can do everything online and open the room with your phone, which might be good and bad at the same time. Check out is very easy because you just wave them goodbye and believe as everything is prepaid and done online.Did you have a good restaurant serving pizza and different typical Italian dishes as well as wine. The staff is very friendly, reception desk speaks English and it is easy to access through the highway.

The comfort of the bed was the bast I had in years. Staff great, kind and professional, must really say it was all very clean. Very good for in the restaurant. Quiet.

Location was good for driving to race circuit. Room was comfortable. Room was clean.

“Sex motel - not a hotel”

We booked a hotel and not a “love motel” - by arrival we complained, but the response was “you already paid by booking, so….” We said this is not a hotel but a love motel. The reply : “nono, hotel”. Arriving in the room you find a big mirror at the ceiling - i think this is really disgusting. When checking out we had to pay drinks that we did NOT take from the room…. We complained, but no response - so this place is absolutely to be avoided!
