It was great stay

The location was very central to all activities in Varanasi and 4 minutes to the ghats. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, I was receiving WhatApps messages from Marhadev with updates on Varanasi and places to see. Also, information on getting to them. On arrival in Varanasi, all I did was call the hotel ( Ajay). Due to the many thousands of visitors ( afternoon check-in ), the streets in the immediate are closed to taxis and cars. I was dropped about 1 kilometre away from the hotel. With the help of Ajay on the phone ( language barrier ), I was on a rickshaw within 3 minutes. A WhatsApp I received from Marhadev earlier advising me you need to carry small change when using a rickshaw. If you give a large note, eg, 500 rupees, you will not get change. I was quoted 100 rupees. In the meantime, Ajay sent me a WhatsApp with a photograph of the young lad that would meet at St George's Church who helped me with the luggage. Got to the hotel booked in. Refreshed. Meet up with Ajay again. Anything you want to know, both Ajay and Marhadev have their fingertips. Also, I received continuous WhatsApps from Marhadev with info of things to do and see. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was lovely. Clean and fresh. Getting around, Google maps work well, even in the narrow walkways around Varanasi. On the day I left ( 07h00), Ajay arranged for 1 of the young lads to assist me with my luggage. This time, only the short walk to St George's Church. I was in a taxi within 2 minutes and at the airport by 08h00. I highly recommend Trilok. It's all the contious support and friendlyness of all the staff that makes the stay very special. I will return.

“Warm hospitality in the heart of Varanasi”

I’m so happy I found Trilok Residence - this is a wonderful place to stay in Varanasi! The location is the best in the city, on a quiet alley very close to the ghats and also close to the city center. You can walk everywhere from here and sleep soundly (a rarity in India!) my room was enormous with a comfortable bed and big bathroom as well. Lots of outlets, plentiful hot water and nice cafes nearby. I visited Varanasi as a solo female traveler, stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. When I was ill, Aditya and his staff checked in on me and brought me food to help me recover. The staff are so warm and friendly, and the hotel provides exceptional customer service by text message around the clock - they can answer any question and provide great tips for the city. It’s also worth arranging a taxi through the hotel so they can guide you through the city’s small alleyways. Highly recommended, I will be back in the future!!

“Comfortable and Homely”

The property is located very close to the ghat and close to Kashi Sri Viswanath temple. The rooms are clean with basic amenities - felt quite cozy and homely. Thanks to Aditya who is of a very pleasant disposition and took excellent care of us. He guided us on how to reach the airport in time using 3 modes of transport along the way, given the enormous crowds and traffic constraints. The boys also helped us carry/lug some of our baggage.

The staff, owner Aditya went out of his way to help us. Helped us sorting out boats, cab, sent his staff to pick and drop us off at 2am. The location is fantastic, it's 100m from the Ghat, Aarti, Kashi Vishwanath temple and the Ganges.

Our stay at trilok was a pleasant one. Aditya and his staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Aditya even accommodated us in a room on the ground floor since we were travelling with elderly people. He suggested what to do, where to go and his staff were helpful throughout. Would recommend this place if you're looking to stay near the Dasashwamedh Ghat place

“Highly Recommended, Wonderful place to stay”

Room is nice, staffs are great, polite, respectful, helpful and very welcoming. Great location, walkable to Dashashwamedh Ghat, Ganga Aarti and Kashi Vishwanath Mandir. All the instructions with directions to the place was sent to me before checkin, a staff came to pick up from a nearby chowk and while check-out they even gifted us a wonderful souvenir which will always remind us of Varanasi and this stay. The location was amazing and the staff helped us out with absolutely everything, even securing us good train tickets for the rest of our trip which proved to be incredibly helpful. They are extremely responsive over messages and would send tips and suggestions everyday with what to do! Helped us in every way possible and the location couldnt have been better!
