After asking the host if we could extend our checkout time, they denied which was okay, we requested them if they could hold our luggage for a few hours because our flight was delayed, they said yes but when we came to pickup our bags they were sitting out of the rooms in the front yard of the house unattended, on top of all this the host was asking for a tip.

The overall house was beautiful. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. All the facilities were comfortable. We would love to come back to this house if we ever visit Banaras the next time and recommend it to our friends too.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The host was very kind, and the staff were attentive and helpful. We ordered in-house meals, which were fresh and scrumptious.

The owner staff was very much irritating who push our bag from the rooms before our check out Check in time they give us late .... And at the time of check out the staff keep on cleaning the rooms without knowing that the goods we are moving and then when we are going to breakfast the owner madam gave a call plz come back & gave us room key so that hum aap ka saaman bhaar nikaalde humare dusre guest aa rhe Usne humara saman humare se bina pucha kese nikalaa....????...... So irritating & disgusting behaviour they have Ye log baat karne mae hee ache h bass.... Or customers ko bewakuf samjhte h........ Don't book them ☹️

“You can stay if u r not a hotel fan”

Though it is away from the Vishwanth temple, it's calm and serene colony makes up for it. Remember it's not a hotel, so amenities like 24 hr hot water, food service is not possible. Order prior and early. The house lady is kind enough to make dinner for us on our 1st day though it was late and on short notice. Last day she made us coffee which was needed for my senile group on an urgent notice. Over all I give the team 7 on every aspect. Little things are to be modified.

They served us with home cooked food. The quantity, taste and quality of food was ten on ten. The prices are also reasonable. Rooms and washrooms were clean and hygienic. Kitchen had a water cooler giving hot and cold water both.
