Beautiful, quaint and characterful building with magnificent hallway and dining room. Surrounded by fields and greenery. Loved the use of the pool. Liked the little annex space with our own private sitting room.

Nathalie was a wonderful host, nothing was to much trouble as she welcomed us and instantly made us feel at home. We had both an evening meal and breakfast, the food was superb, we will definitely return to the Chateau next time we are in the area. .

We needed some flexibility regarding check in time and were accommodated without any issues. Breakfast was very nice and punctual as well.

The chateau is located in a beautiful park garden with an outdoor swimming pool in a quiet village. You are welcomed in the warmest possible way by the lady of the house who takes care of you as if you were family. Dinner and breakfast are exquisite. Will definitely be back

Beautiful Château , perfect room , charming host.Fantastic stay in a period property and duly furnished in a period style , but all the modern conveniences you’d expect . The breakfast was amazing , her pain perdu scrumptious. Don’t trust your sat nav or google too much about the address, it’s in the centre of Varaize .We found it difficult to find on a dark and rainy night , but we were expertly directed by the host

Lovely spacious chateau and Natalie was very welcoming…. Lovely breakfast in the dining room. Would highly recommend. We stayed overnight on the way to Biarritz and it was wonderful.
