The staff was superfriendly, everyone was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was nice, lil buffet and you can order warm eggs with the staff. The location is also very convenient, close to the center and just in front of the supermarket. Definitely recommend!

We could not sleep there, because the accomodation was at the top of the attic, there was a very small attic window only the roof, little air came in, everything was covered with wood inside, and there wasn't even a normal 🪑 chair in the room to sit on. The picture of the building shows that there is an attic, but the attic was two floors, so it was very difficult to reach that room, there was no normal staircase leading there, but small winding triangular stairs, like a children's playhouse for preschoolers. We did not understand how such rooms could be rented out at all. We told the lady at the reception in the evening, but she couldn't give us another room, and she advised us to go back in the morning, to see if we could get some compensation for the inconvenience. In the morning , another lady kindly said that we couldn't get anything.Breakfast was supposed to come with the accommodation, but we couldn't get that either.I wrote these down because it wouldn't be good if other people had to go through the same thing. We travel a lot with Booking. cím, we have never had such a bad experience, the pictures are usually very good, you can see what the accommodation is like. There are places where they even put up a separate picture of the stairs so people can see what it's like.

Everything was really great! The stuff was so sweet and caring, everyone was smiling and could speak several languages. The room was warm, cozy and clean. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, which greatly contributed to a pleasant stay. The breakfast was simple but excellent, especially the bread, which seemed to be freshly baked. The room was nice and very clean, and during winter it was pleasantly warm, as we could adjust the radiators ourselves. Another major advantage was the reasonable price.

Very nice accommodation less than a 5-minute walk from the center of Varaždin. Comfortable, clean rooms and an excellent price–performance ratio. The breakfast was perfect, and the staff were exceptionally kind. The accommodation also has its own parking area, large enough for all guests, and very conveniently, there is a Konzum supermarket just across the road. Our weekend trip included a visit to Trakošćan Castle, lunch at the Popolare restaurant on the way to Varaždin, and an evening stroll through the Christmas market. The next day, after a great breakfast, we headed to the skating rink and spent the day exploring Varaždin. We would absolutely recommend everything!

We reserved room with three single bed. But we had small room with double bed and plus soffa. We were three men. Was not comfortable.

This cosy and authentic hotel feel like a hospitable family with a warm heart. The staff is super kind and rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee at the terrace in the morning and the well organized breakfast that you are served seated at the table. City centre is just a stroll away. Quality of price and value is wonderful.
