“Špinavý, plesnivý a smradľavý apartmán”

Hello, I would like to claim the stay A-5290-b in the period from 1.9.2024 to 7.9.2024 ordered through bookoig com and Adriatic.hr. I complain about the cleanliness of the accommodation and the poor hygienic environment. I am also attaching photo documentation about my claim. Our ground floor suite was dirty, moldy and damp upon our arrival. I have been traveling to Croatia for 20 years, sometimes twice a year, but I have never met such an apartment. Fortunately, we had our own towels, because we didn't even touch the ones in the apartment. Also, the bed linen was wrinkled with a grayish tint. Upon arrival, the owner determined how we were allowed to park. We had to park right next to the hedge, so that we leaned on the side of the car against the green leaves, because of which our car got blocked several times when parking, because of the signaling in the car because he has to go there by bicycle. After entering the apartment, he forbade us to use the living room where there was a TV. We literally went to the apartment only to prepare food, which we ate outside on the terrace and only to sleep, because it was impossible to stand the stench and humidity and mold. This is not how we imagined our stay in the apartment. It is a shame to provide such an apartment for accommodation to guests. On the day of departure, we packed up and left without saying a word to express our displeasure. Of course, I am attaching photos of moldy walls in the kitchen, bedroom, living room, dirty dish drainer, cutting board, from the bathroom. Also the fridge was not cleaned after the previous guests and the freezer was not defrosted and everything was also dirty. And so that I'm not just being critical, the crockery and kitchen utensils were good. I am asking you to answer how you want to solve my complaint.
