The hotel's location was excellent, a 5-minute walk take you to the city center. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special mention to Amina, thank you so much for your attention and kindness.

Poor staff welcome, miserable, no smiles from young staff or eye contact!! One very good at her job, mature lady at reception in her 40's and Manageress was helpful.

The room was large and well equipped. Secure underground parking was easy to access although bore a charge. The hotel was very close to stunning Vannes.

The reception was welcoming, the room was clean and spacious. Generous parking. Lovely breakfast. As easy walk into town.

This was a very well run Best Western with all facilities excellent and we enjoyed a very good evening dinner. The Patio room was a good choice especially when travelling with a dog. Breakfast also good. A special mention for the staff who were all very friendly efficient and smiled a lot which makes a difference.

Good location easy walk to old town & harbour with bars & restaurants. Great reception staff comfortable bed/linen & were lucky to obtain a free parking space outside the hotel.

The room, car parking etc was great, once we had found the entrance. Actually the street name confused us. however the breakfast was expensive. We have stayed in the other Best Western in Vannes and the ambience was acceptable for the price of the breakfast.

Nice mezzanine room with Adults upstairs and 11yo downstairs. Hotel just 5mins walk from central Vannes. Underground parking easy to access at the hotel.
