“We loved being in the apartment and in the heart of the old town with a car.”
Very spacious apartment in the living area - 4 big windows, light and cool. Everything you need for cooking etc. Charming decor - lovely to eat and relax in. Excellent situation in the heart of "Old Town", gated parking at property was included in price. It's on the 2nd floor - wide staircase.

“A perfect apartment to enjoy the wonders of Vannes!”
The location is perfect. It’s right in the centre of the walled ancient city. Very well equipped and well maintained. The shower hose was very leaky so reported to the owner who had it replaced within hours! A very welcome bottle of cold cidre in the fridge along with various essentials and coffee pods in the jar. It’s a lovely property, very quiet at night though be aware there are chiming clock towers…

Warm welcome from host. Charming, atmospheric apartment bang in the heart of this beautiful town. Spacious living, cooking eating space, which was a joy to sit in. Only a short stay, but would return.

“Brilliant location - we loved our stay - a couple of issues to sort out.”
Like everyone else who has stayed there, we loved the location right in the heart of the town and the ability to park near the front door at no cost. In fact the car never moved because we could walk everywhere or take a bus. The apartment was on the top floor of an ancient building (no lift) and when you first go in you are confronted with amazing wooden stairs which must have seen many centuries of feet going up and down. The hall walls were covered with 1960's(?) brown carpet which was not so good but the apartment at the top was spacious, full of charm, a mixture of old furniture (in a nice way) and modern appliances. Clean and very well equipped in many aspects - especially lots to do for children. You felt instantly at home. We stayed in October but it was still hot so we appreciated the massive fan to cool down as you couldn't open the windows. The bedroom is a bit tight if you are tall/need more space but there is also a large sofa bed and a single as well. Tip - we took the no. 3 bus to Conleau (very cheap, why can't our bus services be like this??) and walk back to Vannes along the coastal path. About an hour.

“Central location with parking.”
Historical apartment with parking in the old town. Large living space and good facilities for self catering. The Bed was comfortable, and as shown in the pictures, is placed under the eaves. Easy walking distance to restsurants and digits in the old town. Was great to have a washer and dryer.

the building is in the very centre of the town and I mean ...very very centre! togheter with the keys you will received the swith control to lower the bollards to enter in town. the house is so beautiful and big and comfortable!
