Overall, it was a dreadful experience Location-wise it's a decent spot, yet the front desk service is abysmal. The attendants are sluggish and irresponsible, leaving a really bad impression. First off, the front desk staff failed to offer any practical, helpful assistance to guests. I requested multiple times to have my bed changed, yet even with vacant rooms available, they refused to help and kept making excuses about being too busy. I sent numerous messages to them via the booking platform. Oddly enough, they had plenty of time to type out lengthy replies turning down my request but claimed they were too swamped to rearrange my bed. I'm certain those beds had already been vacated by checked-out guests. The rooms sat empty, yet they'd rather leave them unused than accommodate my request, which makes no sense whatsoever. Their service is absolutely awful, and I'Il never stay here again. The property offers poor value for money. Breakfast options are extremely basic, facilities are worn and outdated, and the overall cleanliness is only mediocre.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were so friendly und helpful, the location is great and the room and washroom were good. I really liked that man and woman washrooms were separate and that we could borrow a towel. I would definitely stay at this hostel again. :)

“Good value for the money”
The location was great. Close to the beach and to the amenities, also only 20mins walking to the city center. Staff was super helpful and friendly, my bed was comfy. Loved the breakfast options (fresh and tasty), facilities were cleaned regularly

“Amazing place!”
Staff very friendly. Organized activities daily. Cleanliness daily. Good location away from the nightlife scene and walkable to Stanley Park / 20 min away from the metro stop to the airport. Easy and safe walk even at night times. Rooms are spacious- windows can open. Luggage room available before and after check out.

“Nice, decent hostel”
The bed was comfy and the room was nice. The breakfast was okay and laundry came in handy. Location was pretty good as there was bus stops pretty close.
