“Good location, nice stay.”

The location is handy for walking down into Gastown, or for the stadiums. We felt safe walking around; it's still part of a big city so you do see the occasional oddity but we didn't experience any bother. The check in details were clear and the building / room felt secure. The apartment itself was nice, with a main lounge/kitchen area, a small office, two bedrooms (one en-suite) and a main bathroom. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need for a short stay. The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels / extra loo rolls etc. You can hear the trains to some extent but it didn't bother us, it's the sort of background noise you have to expect if you're wanting to stay in the city.

“Terrible”

We could not gain access to the property after pre paying some weeks before. After initially sending instructions on how to access the property when I booked, I was sent another set of last minute arrangements while I was flying over in the plane from Australia. I was to ring the Owner, who was apparently in Europe, and he was going to grant access remotely. When I tried to ring on multiple occasions after we arrived, the owner did not answer. Booking.com also could not get hold of him and I was asked to wait 45 minutes to see if he responded. We had flown for 20+ hours and then had to walk around a city we didn’t know in the night waiting for him to contact us with instructions on how to get in or for booking.com to get hold of him. Eventually booking.com determined they couldn’t get him either and our booking was cancelled. I now had no accommodation for our travelling party and had to arrange temporary overnight accommodation at a Starbucks cafe so I could organise something longer term when we were safe for the night. The Owner did eventually contact me from a Canadian number around 10pm or so (4 hours after I told him I would be at the apartment) and it appears he wasn’t in Europe at all! An absolutely terrible experience and I would never suggest staying at this property.

Nice location, amazing view and the details of effort from the property owner/manager. You basically have all you need for the stay and much more. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Wonderful stay in the Nest. The condo is well equipped and the owner very helpful. I can highly recommend. Clean and a fantastic place to come back to after sight seeing. The views over the river are spectacular.

Great property for our family (2 adults and 2 kids), handy to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked, good appliances and an excellent coffee machine. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver!!

This location was excellent. There was a coffee shop one block away as well as a grocery story and pharmacy. The condo itself was gorgeous inside and the city views were spectacular. It was sparkling clean and very well appointed with comfortable furniture, many utensils as well as some food to use if needed. The inclusion of small things such soap and shampoo was much appreciated. We felt that it was very good value for the price as it was also very close to Rogers Centre, BC Place, Gastown, transit and more. Instructions for entering the condo were very detailed. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to visit Vancouver.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location and only 5 minute walk to Rogers Arena, Costco ect. The host were extremely accommodating and the communication from them was 10/10. Highly recommended and would stay again If in Vancouver.

Great communication from hosts. Good facilities, I really like the fact that there was shampoo and conditioner, and lots of utensils in the kitchen. The location was good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is really secure with security on the desk. The view was amazing. Host was really responsive when messaging which was appreciated. Would stay again.
