“Good place to stay in Vancouver with easy freeway access and nearby mall, restaurants.”
Good place to stay. Standard Holiday Inn Express. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Best to have a car. Shopping mall, restaurants, and fast food nearby. Convenient freeway access.

Great location close to Vancouver Mall and restaurants. Rooms are quiet and internet is very good.

I didn't get to see if I could have liked it because the reservation was Cancelled and they so that they didn't have any more rooms available and that I wouldn't be charged which was a lie the church my my card anyway and when Priceline called them to ask him about that they said it was because I had a dog with me but I was in a second car to help my disabled mother get into the room I wasn't staying and neither was the dog. Their website said that their wheelchair accessible but yet their steps into each room. Staff was extremely rude and they said that they don't rent to locals even though I'm not even from their City

“Staff exceptional - friendly & helpful. Room clean & comfortable.”
Breakfast was excellent. Biscuits were amazing. Staff refurnishing breakfast was quiet, courteous and efficient. Also took advantage of DVDs available.

“Dissatisfied”
Unfortunately many people were really angry inside the eatery room because the staff didn't make enough food for as many people that were staying at hotel. Also all the coffee was out.
