“Fancy yet Less Than”

This facility is far from professional. The building is very old and the rooms are outdated. The curtains are covered in dust. You don’t want to touch anything. Everything is terrible. The staff are disrespectful and very rude. The service is also extremely poor. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I strongly recommend that you do not stay at this place.

“Couldn't meet the basics!! Great Front Desk”

The Front Desk lady was outstanding. Charging extra for a late check out is a first, but I avoided this, making sure I was out of my room before 10:30AM.

The room was big...towels good and absorbent. The restaurant was good... a pleasant surprise with a great Happy Hour. The food was actually quite good and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The lady bar attendant was very friendly and really nice taking care of us...

The beds were very comfortable and the AC kept the room temperature very pleasant on a very hot day.

Apart from the mixup on arrival being given the wrong rooms it was a good stay

I made reservation late on friday night/Saturday morning.Basically it was round 1 am on Saturday. Was then held up with truck trouble and wasn't able to check in till bout 8 am Saturday. Not hotels fault. No complaints I was charged for Friday night. I had booked this time through third party so not eligible for points. I guess then any of my rewards of being a BW diamond member? No water?. Then I was told checking in that I wasnt technically able to recieve comp breakfast that morning cause I didnt check in day before? Even though I paid day before? After showing my confusion she granted me an exception. Then tired fell asleep immediately in room and woke to find no bath tub as listed. This was third party so hotel says not there problem but as I review alot of rates before booking and definetly would take points through booking from BW I know they offered same room at time. Possibly booked from someone else but I think more there problem and third party left to deal with which they did and gave a faircredit to account after discovering there was no room as listed to move too.. Shot out to snap travel.
