The most wonderful place to relax! Well-equipped and cozy room! 100% safety on the territory! Awesome dining area! Guesthouse located in a quiet area! I slept well! Spacious, clean and very well equipped kitchen. Best we had in Armenia. Lovely people running the place and the beds were comfortable

Very pleasant stay here. We were very well received with kind attentions every day: fruit and tomatoes from the garden, compote…. We also learned how to make Armenian compote. The accommodation is very clean and very practical. Its location allows you to rest because there is no noise around the house. It is a perfect place to visit the surroundings, even without a car. Many thanks to the Beglaryan family for their kindness. Whenever you need something, they're there! You know how to take care of your guests. Looking forward to coming back in a few years! thanks again
