“A lovely apartment with amenities- TOP VALUE!!”
The apartment is just wonderful and the owners caring! You get a spacious apartment, a great living space, comfortable beds. Location is quite central, right off Tigran Mets, and cafés are closeby. The entry is from the backside and the looks of the neighborhood could be deceiving as you enter the apartment, you will be pleasantly surprised;

The location is good (near railway) the price is adequate according the hotel local prices, the. Main room on the picture is comfortable , good for short stay.

“Nice owner and location”
This place is in the city centre, but its quite. Supermarkets and food places are very close. The owner is very nice. Heating system is automatic. It turns on and off to keep 22C. There is also a common place with your neighbour, where you can use a fridge, tv and a couch with a table.

“The best stay in Vanadzor!”
This Guesthouse is one of the best places to stay and relax in Vanadzor. Initially I booked for 5 nights and ended up staying longer. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge at your fingertips. Private entry to the room is an icing on the cake, cleaning lady very helpful and the owner treat you like a family member, loved the place and if I’m ever in Vanadzor or Spitak area, I will come back here 100%

I had a wonderful stay at Downtown B&B Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of the city, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and main attractions. It made exploring the area super convenient.

A short walk from the train station, we had a spacious apartment (at the top of external stairs in case you have lots of luggage / mobility issues). Clean, many beds, comfy firm mattresses and a functional kitchen. Staff were friendly and accommodating to cyclists. Great location near markets, banks, bakery etc.

Very easy and flexible Check-in! We had rentes two rooms, but ended up having a private bathroom and living room to ourselves as well. Great price! Would definitely book again!
