Lovely comfortable and stylish apartment right next to the gondola in Vallorcine. The pool and sauna area and the heated ski and boot room make it a perfect base for a relaxed ski week like ours.

Lovely and well-equipped apartment with views of the mountains. Easy access to Chamonix and surrounding area, by train and car. Walks of varying length from doorstep. Very attentive host. Swimming pool had views of mountains.

My Wife and I rented this apartment from Charles for 10 days for our honeymoon in mid-June. We were initially attracted to the apartment by its location, as we were looking to stay in a quiet area within the Chamonix Mont Blanc valley. Vallorcine was perfect for this and did not disappoint. Helpfully, Charles provided with us complimentary rail passes for the conveniently located Mont Blanc Express train. This meant that we were able to enjoy the calm of Vallorcine, whilst also being able to easily access the rest of the valley when we wanted to have a day out. This was a massive benefit and saved us a significant amount of money! The apartment itself is well decorated, cosy and comfortable, with ample space for two to four people. The balcony at the rear has an absolutely stunning view, perfect for relaxing on. We found the apartment in a clean condition, and all the amenities provided were in good working order. Ideal for the self-catering style of holiday we were having. The beds are super comfortable, there is a large sized bathtub which was nice to soak in after long walks and the shower has excellent pressure. The complex that the apartment sits within also has some nice amenities. It was useful having a laundry facility on site, and there is a good-sized swimming pool and sauna to use. Finally, Charles was a perfect host. Prior to the stay, he provided us with a lot of helpful information about the area and the apartment. During the stay, we had a couple of queries and he was always very fast to respond. Thank you again, Charles!

It's a perfect place, with a perfect location to walk, to ski, to make trips to Chamonix, Mont Blanc or Mer de Glace. There's every comodity you can think of. Also the owner was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Warm, clean comfortable home with amazing views. Everything we needed was available to us. Our host, Charles, could not have been more helpful! Having a lovely warm swimming pool to relax in at the end of each day was a bonus.

Charles is the best host! He was always kind and helpful. The house is so nice and cozy. The perfect place for a winter holiday. Chamonix is a lovely city. We fall in love with it. We’d love to back there and we surely recommend to stay at Charles’ house!!!
