“Nestled in untouched mountains, it offers peace and quiet day and night, in both rain and sunshine.”
The accommodation is located in the small village of Alojera and is the perfect place for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. Surrounded by impressive mountains, it offers beautiful views, especially in the morning when the sun bathes the landscape in warm light. The accommodation is very well equipped – we had everything we needed, including all necessary kitchen utensils. The washing machine was especially convenient, and Elsa even provided laundry detergent. Parking was always available. Although not directly in front of the accommodation, there is a small parking area just about two minutes away. At night, you can enjoy a clear and stunning starry sky from the terrace, which is also a wonderful place to relax. Elsa is a fantastic host – always reachable, helpful, and very warm. She even gave us fresh grapefruits and bananas from her garden, which were absolutely delicious. We felt right at home. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for exploring the rest of the island. Even though Alojera is one of the quietest valleys on La Gomera, it is also one of the most beautiful. There are many hiking trails around Alojera to explore. It is about a 30-minute drive to the national park. Once you reach the mountains, you are almost in the middle of the park.

“Beautiful, spacious house in an orange grove.”
We loved the location amidst the orange and banana trees, and the beautiful view over the mountains and sea. The house and veranda are spacious, new, and tasteful. And there is everything: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Contact with the friendly owner was good and pleasant. We got al lot of practical instructions. There’s a little bar just around the corner which serves delightful meals. And attached to it a small supermarket.

Elsa is a wonderful host, she provided local fruit & palm honey, recommendations for the area and was super responsive. The house is in a beautiful location and was so tranquil. Thank you Elsa, we will be back!
