“Good only with kids”
It's only nice if you go there with kids so they can play with those rusty structures installed in the garden. Thermal waters are in a dirty pond and the spa is merely a term to hook tourists. Birds are the only ones who really relax you.

“Not worth the £55/night”
Rooms are appalling. ‘Spartan’ would be an euphemism: one small table and one shelf in total - no hangers, nowhere to leave stuff. Very dirty and tatty walls. Absolutely poor value for money - definitely not worth £55/night we paid in April 2025. First night there was no water and had to use cold water in buckets to wash. Second day pools were emptied with no notice and electricity was off for some hours, so a generator polluted with noise and smell our afternoon. Beautiful garden and nice staff, but nobody would speak English and there was ZERO info on activities. Useful kitchen, no restaurant/food. Reasonably near the avenida central.

“Nothing fancy but worth it for the amenities.”
Room was decent. We did see a cockroach in the morning but otherwise everything was nice and clean. We had working wifi in the room, hot water and air conditioning that worked well. With our stay we were able to use the amenities which was great. The thermal spas are nice and relaxing. Check out was at one but could continue using the facilities until closing (6pm). It's a decent place to stay. Great if you have kids. You can bring your own cookingstuff to have a cook out with the family.

The rooms were very big and clean. We also liked the general area with the kitchen and the termal bath. The hotel is nicely situated, near the town and near some of the hikes you can so in el valle. Also, the price was in the range we normally paid in Panama for a double room.

“it’s not a spa resort. it’s a hostel. the rooms have no windows! we cannot recommend.”
The resort is still under construction! the rooms have no window! the resort is more like a hostel than a Spa
