Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, with a light and fan. The hostel organizes several activities. Relaxing backyard, clean kitchen and showers. Great location close to the market and several restaurants nearby. Close to several hikes. Good value for money.

Originally I had planned to stay only one night but I turned into one week, the staff Dalis, Tatiana, Jose, Alex, Emmy & Jakob are wonderful. The garden is extremely beautiful and the sight of the mountain is just gorgeous. There is plenty of space, the breakfast is amazing and everyone is just kind. Each dorm bed has its own outlets, fan and box that can be locked. They also run AC in the night. Every day everything is cleaned, the kitchen is pristine and well equipped. This is a rare spot, 100% recommended.

“Great Value for money! Location is top and good facilities!”
The Bodhi is located right on the main road of El Valle which made it a perfect location for exploring the area, as well as to go on hikes! We had a private room and it was super cute and clean. We stayed 3 nights and also used the kitchen once which had all utensils we needed:)… they prepare breakfast for you every day which was very tasty aswell and varied each day. I can definitely recommend this place for your stay in el valle and would come back:)

“All good but others having trouble sleeping.”
My first time in a multi bed room. My room was jammed with beds stacked 3 high. I was 2nd level the fellow above me had a rough night and tossed and turned the whole night. The beds shook, waking me. I had to go to the common room to get a hour or 2 of sleep. Kitchen great, hot shower great, atmosphere while not in bed great.

Absolutely loved my stay at Bodhi El Valle. Super kind staff, great location, and the garden!😍 perfect for relaxing after a hike, even saw a hummingbird there. Also great to have a little Café integrated. Good breakfast in the morning from 07:30-10 am. El Valle turned out to be my favorite place in Panamá, the hiking trails are amazing and staying in this Hostel was the best choice!

“Lovely stay in Valle de Antón”
I really liked the location, the setup of the hostel the community area and the garden. It is a really lovely place to stay. There was always hot water, the breakfast is nice, the staff is very kind. Sleeping on the third level of the bunk bed is a bit uncomfortable - but I knew it might happen when I booked. It was really cold in the room because of the AC, but they provided me a blanket when I asked.
