“One of the most beautiful accommodations in Mexico and perhaps the world”
This is one of the most beautiful accommodations we’ve ever stayed in Mexico, all comforts and amenities inside the rooms are provided as expected , comfy bed, good water pressure, courtesy soap and cream, big spaces, beautiful decoration, good water pressure, etc. The true value is in the architecture design that respects nature and inspires itself from the Mayan houses, the murals done by some of the best Mexican artists, the cave with heated pool, the swimming pool, the foot spa, the beautiful gardens, the swings, the massive swimming pool and the endless amounts of hammocks everywhere. We also had free breakfast that was very delicious served by very friendly staff. We absolutely fell in love with the space and will definitely come back

“Zentik lover”
I love the massages there. I literally flight from Boston to spend a couple nights in Zentik before getting to my final destination in Merida. The saline cave is just amazing for relaxing and the concert that they do helps me to reconnect with myself. Do not skip the fish tank, it’s so relaxing to feel them in your feet. 🐟

“Exceptional experience and a great place to relax”
It was a great experience to stay in a place with a very inspiring concept and definitely it met all the usual standards that you would expect from a hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel restaurant had very delicious meals.

“Very relaxing stay in the beautiful and quiet city of Valladolid”
Very nice decoration and atmosphere. Very good service. The garden and the room are really beautiful. This is like an oasis in the city and it is actually nice to just stay and enjoy the hotel facilities. The restaurant has really great food except when we arrived on Valentine's day (special menu was average).
