Our second stay at Hotel Hacienda Sanchez and we loved staying here as much as the first time. The highlight for me is the Hacienda itself and the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Located 1km out of the main central area, its quieter and very peaceful here. The rooms are lovely, cared for and clean, spacious. Aircon and wifi work well. Bathroom is good - hygienic, hot water available. The staff are sweethearts, attentive and friendly. On-site restaurant is great, tasty meal options, good portions for an affordable price. Pool is great for cooling down. Love Hacienda Sanchez - would definitely stay again ✨️

“A wonderful hotel well maintained hotel with lots of nature.”

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hacienda Sanchez. The hotel has a beautiful ground full of nature. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, A/C functioned well, and it was quiet overall. I didn´t get to use the swimming pool but it looked very clean. The hotel is situated at the entrance of Valladolid, at about 1.2 km from the town center, but if you don´t like to walk, a taxi takes you for about 50 pesos. After arriving and feeling totally immersed in nature, I found out that there is a Chedraui supermarket at a very short distance, which was really convenient.

Hotel Hacienda Sanchez is a lovely stay. The Hacienda itself is a beautiful building, planted firmly within lush gardens, full of history. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet and interesting stay, this alone makes it worthwhile. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is very hygienic. Air con and wifi are both reliable and strong. Pool is refreshing and well- maintained, sunlounges & seats provided. The staff are friendly and professional, very helpful and sweet. The location, while slightly out of centro area, is ideal for a relaxing stay. Restaurants, cafes, groceries available within a 10min walk. Liked our stay so much, we've booked again when returning from Holbox. Recommend 👌

“A beautiful, rare setting with easy access to Valladolid and great food onsite.”

A beautiful setting, on the outskirts of Valladolid. Ease of parking which would be much harder in the centre of town. really great food onsite at the hotel. We had a much better breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was more reasonably priced and better tasting than at some of the other restaurants in town. Pool was great to have for kids and the grounds are really beautiful. The Hacienda setting was stunning. Staff were lovely overall.

From the pictures and the 4 stars, I was expecting more, but overall is a good hotel, despite looking old. The bonus are the swimming pool and the parking.

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable. Good pool and garden to cool down after a hot day. Good restaurant and bar facilities. A lovely chapel is attached to the gardens btw. A convenient commercial center is around the corner with supermarket and ice cream parlor.

Nice and clean hotel in beautiful surroundings (old hacienda). Excellent pool, very nice garden. Small fridge in room. Shopping centre with big supermarket right next door. Half hour drive to Chichen Itza.

The gardens and pool are massive - really nice to have a space to relax in. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable, there was always hot water and everything was very clean.

“A nice place to spend a few nights to explore Valladolid”

The name Hacienda says it all! The hotel building is located in a huge, beautiful garden with big trees and cute decorations. The dinner at the restaurant was authentic Yucatan style food, Super yummy. Good parking.

The hotel territory was nice. The pool was good. The location was ok, chedraui close by.

The hotel is located ear to the town although we had a car so it was handy. You would need to taxi after dark. The gardens are very nice. The beds are very comfortable and two double beds in each bedroom which was great. The pool was also nice to have to relax in the evening. Good air conditioning.

The hotel is situated on the city border, which is excelent starting point for trips by car. The cleaning is done on a daily basis, such as the towel change.

“Nice cosy and private place with nice scenery”

It was very nice to be outside in villas with children. Easier for them to play and run around. Very nice front garden/park. Drinking water available in reception.

We were late in checking in and were looking for something less expensive to stay till the morning. The hotel isn't expensive but if you are on a road trip and just visiting town for a day without staying too long in the hotel - it is worth staying there.
