Great place. The staff is kind and helpful. They recommended a beautiful Cenote that wasn’t busy. The courtyard is beautiful to lounge in. The pool is great for the kids. The location is perfect.

We stayed two nights in Valladolid and this accommodation was absolutely perfect. The host family gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We felt comfortable for our short stay, and the proximity to all the attractions in Valladolid was more than ideal.

“Beautiful place with wonderful staff ☀️”
Beautiful staff and lovely grounds. Wonderful local style breakfast that changed slightly everyday. My son and I enjoyed watching the birds and insects in the garden and felt extremely safe throughout. Right next to the convent and lots of great places to see and eat within easy walking distance. Any issues were resolved quickly and always with a smile. I would highly recommend staying here whilst in Valladolid. Gracias Susi and Miguel and all your wonderful staff ☀️💕

Great hotel. It's a family business, so you'll feel the Mexican warmth and dedication plus suggestions on Valladolid. The Mexican breakfast is great. The room was as in the pictures, clean and had everything needed. The location is very convenient, close to the convent, where you can enjoy the light show in the evening, and on a walking distance from the city centre.

“Wonderful stay”
Set in a wonderful setting, close to all the major attractions in Valladolid, Casa Xu'unan proved to be a wonderful accommodation choice. Very friendly hosts, spacious and clean rooms, laid-back atmosphere, very good wi-fi, fine set breakfast (fruit, toast and a Mexican dish) - everything was just perfect.

“Beautiful stay in beautiful Valladolid!”
We had a wonderful welcome from staff at this hotel, which has an unbeatable location, and is comfortable, clean and roomy. The breakfast was exceptional, the gardens a quiet oasis, facilities were perfect - we could have stayed longer.

The calm environment. There were lots of beautiful plants and greenery, plenty of shades and places to relax. The family was very friendly but not intrusive. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room large. The hotel was ideally located for short walks to places . Our favourite place to visit was Casa de los Venados, an incredible house covered in art with a brilliant guide to explain everything. All donations go to charity

“Lovely people in a lovely place in the centre of lovely Valladolid.”
Very welcoming hosts, who made sure that we enjoyed our stay but didn't intrude. Breakfasts were amazing, freshly cooked and different each day. The property is lovely, great garden area, nice rooms and secure parking in a great location to experience Valladolid.

Most beautiful garden I've seen during our Yucatan round trip - lots of flowers and shade. Wonderful owners showed great hospitality, with tips for restaurants & city visits. They also gave us two regional breakfast specialties. Location also good, close to Valladolid sights and restaurants.

“Enjoy your staying in Valladolid at Xu'unan!”
Excellent place to visit Valladolid and its surroundings. Stayed here with my group of 7 for 2 nights. Everything was enjoyable: the 3 rooms, the small swimming pool, the nice breakfast and the simpathy of Ms. Xu'unan :) I definitively recommend this place!
