Chavo was excellent and super friendly. He invited us for a delicious version breakfast at the sister hostel in town. He was also super quick to solve our small issues like a missing lighter for the cooker and easy to communicate with. The room air con was very good (essential in valladolid) and the room was large and comfortable. Super good value for money.

“Simple house 19 min from downtown”

The house was very clen and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a kitchen with fridge and there was enough equipment to make simple meals.

The house was quiet, clean, and the lime tree in the yard was so full of fruit! The air conditioning was very good too. The owner is really attentive and nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge space was large!

Great apartment: very spacious, clean and with air-conditioning which was very welcomed. Manolo was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again whilst in Valladolid.

The host was nice, that's it. But I did pay for 3 nights and stayed one night because his place his awefully loud and uncomfortable so to be nice but take all my money is not so nice.

It was perfect for our stay for one night. The host was super friendly and supportive. We were able to store our luggage until the evening. It was a simple accomodation, but you will find everything you need and it was clean. Also you can walk to the city center and to ADO bus. There are nice restaurants around and also an Oxxo market. We definitely recommend staying here.

Everything, spacious and cozy room, clean bathroom with hot water. Shared kitchen and fridge with everything you need. Spacious living room with many chairs. Wifi was super fast. Patio in the back to dry your clothes. Owner is super friendly and gives you the best tips.

The owner is very kind. The appartement clean. Good beds and electric gear.

Manolo is very helpful. He sent us lots of information about tours, sights to see and where to eat. He is readily contactable by WhatsApp. Very reasonably priced. Location is not bad - about 15 minute walk to the Zocalo and maybe another 10 to the Convent. Aircon and wifi are very good. Clean and secure.

Manolo is a great host, he helped with everything and advised beautiful places in the area and recommended good restaurants. The room was spacious, the bed was big, the bathroom was clean, the water was hot. Parking right in front of the house.
